Best nail salon in Missoula! The staff are so kind and talented, provide complimentary water bottles, are very detail-oriented, and the prices are amazing. I highly recommend the pedicure package #1 that includes hot stones, foot wraps, etc. Will definitely be going back!

My sister and I paid $60 + for a gel manicure. Service was not good and the entire process felt really rushed. My nails lasted a couple days before the gel started to fall off on its own. Big waste of money for a couple days of painted nails.

They were going to charge $180 for simple marble nails! I left Laughing out of the establishment. Even with a good tip, it shouldn't reatch that much for simple nails.

Typically I don't leave reviews unless they are positive but with how unsafe this place is I have to warn others. The tools used on my fingers were visibly dirty and heavily used. The towel used to clean my nails and cuticles was hung back up in his station to reuse. His nails were very dirty which made the hand massage uncomfortable. After 2 days the gel polish started lifting and chipping, after a week of this I decided to remove it all and noticed that some of the gel polish wasn't cured all the way and was wet under the color coat. Needless to say I won't be going back.

My mom, sister and I got gel manicures less than a week ago and all of our gel polish is peeling/chipping. My gel completely peeled off all of my nails in less than 5 days. Not only was the quality poor but we were SO rushed to pick a color, sit down- get in and get out. The man who did my manicure wasn’t very kind and he acted very inconvenienced. Luke warm water to soak my hands in to start and about a 2 second hand massage at the end. For $50 + tip, I would save your money and go elsewhere.

Saw Lynn’s work while getting a shake at Nutrition on Reserve (really good healthy place to go too) and I fell in love. Still cannot get enough I’m looking at my nails every 5 mins lol Lynn just moved from Virginia and her work is marvelous! Just look at this

Saigon Nails was a convenient location so I trusted the great reviews I found and booked a same day appointment… the whole process, from phone to reception, was surprisingly pleasant. Tam did a wonderful job on a new set of acrylic nails! He was gentle, creative, and a joy to chat with. I’m delighted to have been so lucky with an excellent nail tech! Thank you so much!

Lin was amazing! Gentle and does great at designs! This place has great customer service and is a very relaxing place to go my daughter's and I will be returning here.

The person who did my nails was rude, made my cuticles bleed, no acknowledgement or apologies. Gel nails chipped within days, was charged $5 extra to take it off even though I had a manicure and the gel was put on by them…. So not worth the money

The owner demands a tip that looks like she keeps rather than distributes to the worker. Fungus from the one and only set I got at this salon. Gross.
