Sally Beauty reviews
18The general manager there I believe her name is Kristina or Kristin. Worst manager I’ve ever met in my life. Customer service was awful. I was looking to return a product that I did use and she told me I could not return it because it was empty and started arguing with me (WHEN ON THE BACK OF THE RECEIPT IT SAYS “LOVE IT OR RETURN GUARANTEE”) Gives me the 800 number and told me to call them… Which I did in the store, and when me and the person on HR proved her wrong, she argued with both of us saying “ in my eight years of being a manager here I’ve never heard of that. ” I’m guessing that she has no idea what her own policies are…. And to top it off she kept making excuses so she didn’t seem that she was wrong. For example, saying that the receipt wasn’t scanning, and I needed to return it to the Heights location, and also saying that she can only do an exchange when I told her no, you can return it at any sallys for a full CASH BACK refund…. Lastly I never received any apology. She wouldn’t even look me in my eyes because she knew she was 100% in the wrong.
I love shopping for my hair color and nail supplies at Sally's. Staff is always friendly and helpful.
They are always out of popular items. Employees aren't licensed so they don't know how to give advice
I just went in the other day and there was a young lady with black and blue hair and oh my gosh she was such a nice lady and so helpful I wish I knew her name because I just want to thank her! She was so kind!
I called this location by the mall today and was given TERRIBLE customer service, I brushed it off the first time I called but when I called back the second time and asked for her opinion on how two colors would mix together, she was COMPLETELY rude and ignorant. I've always loved Sally's beauty in any town and have always been given excellent customer service but she was rude enough to the point that I will NEVER spend my money at that location again and I will also be letting people know the bad service I was given at that location. I've never given a review online before but I felt this needed to be brought to corporates attention.i will be going out of my way to the heights location tomorrow to spend my money there instead, the lady I talked to at the heights location was extremely nice and patient with me.
Christina was absolutely amazing! I’m getting my hair ready for my wedding and she helped me find exactly what I needed! She was such a delight and made my whole experience absolutely wonderful!
Came in for tape ins and they had a very small selection of extensions. Hope they have more soon.
Staff was super helpful. Answered every question we had and kept the cost down on what she thought was a good product.
I had an amazing experience! The consultant there helped me pick the Auburn hair color I have had been looking for forever by color matching me and giving me two mixing options! She also helped me get the most cost effective option for my budget. I went home, applied the color and it was amazing!
I usually go to Sally's in the heights so I didn't know this but apparently the West End location close early and just whatever time they feel like because I was here 20 minutes before closing and I knew exactly what I needed and their doors were already locked super disappointed I guess I just go to the heights when I need something
Girl named Renee is who helped me she is AWESOME very helpful and knows a lot about products aldd also gave me good recommendations
Bought henna hair dye and that was the most gross smell and hardiest hair dye to spead ever and once it was sitting for the 30 mins it dried like dirt in my hair and took me about an hour to rinse out and it still wasn't fully rinsed out, there is still dirt like particulates all over my scalp and so I called Sally's to ask if they could do something about this and I talked to Jasmine and she said I could bring it back and they could make it right, which I thought a refund but they gave me a gift card which is frustrating because I only buy hair dye from here and won't be able to use the gift card as I won't be dying my hair as it's super nappy and badly textured after using the henna. I thought they would do something more to make it right.
I’ve been using Sally’s for my at home beauty needs for a decade and today I stopped in for my hair color and upon going in the store they’re very low in inventory, higher on prices and now require you to pay for a bag if you need one. This will be my last shopping experience with Sally’s beauty.
Don’t bother trying to shop here. They’re never open despite what their sign says and they don’t answer the phone either. Don’t waste your time.
I’ve tried Calling for the past 2 hours about a pickup, before they close. Absolutely no one answers!
Says they’re open for curbside pick up. Been calling for a week and nobody has ever answered the phone. Extremely Disappointed.
Never have what looking for in stock, always "truck is in tomorrow" never get assistance, employees always standing around or blocking aisles while chatting with eachother. Was told I was pregnant when really, Im just a bit overweight. Last 3 times visiting, treated badly. Store on the heights has much better selection and massively better customer service. Worth the extra travel to get there.
It was super frustrating when the register was locked. I shopped for 30 mins only to get to the register and be told I couldn’t check out. She could have at least warned me when I walked in and she knew she wasn’t able to use the register.
