Sam's Club, Great Falls MT

Out of the states for 3wks and noticed a lot of the prices have jumped up since we were gone. Same with everywhere I suppose.

Wanted pizza and Sat on hold for 10 minutes, called back and asked to talk with a manage, waited on hold for 4 more minutes even when told they were all up in the managers area, they hung up on me. Will not be going through sams club, managers there are a joke anyways.

We love going to Sam's club it's amazing, but check out is a nightmare. Really you have all the self checkouts and one actual checkout it's December You should have at least two or three of those open That's ridiculous.

Cheapest gasoline in town, price wise. The best patrons in Great Falls, hands down; such lovely people.

Very satisfied with my visit. The tasting of the sushi, was "DELISH". WILL GET! ***

Good prices but unfortunately they discontinued stocking some of my favorite items!: ' (

The shopping, while not completely enjoyable, was tolerable. But then again, I don't like to shop. The staff was friendly and helpful. What made my visit to Sam's club a really great one? A young man. He was (I'm assuming) a cart collector. He was very friendly and courteous. He had a smile and kind word for every person he passed. I was standing outside waiting for my ride and there was this older lady that had just gotten done with her shopping. This young man parked his row of carts, RAN over to this lady's car and proceeded to put her groceries in her car for her. And after that.he noticed, (she never asked for help) that she was having a helluva time trying to open a soda bottle. He goes back to her car, holds out his hand and says "ma'am, may I get that for you? " She gave him the soda, he opened it, handed it back, "tipped" his hat and said "you beautiful ladies have an amazing day" he then went back to his own tasks and they left. Seeing those all acts of kindness really touched me and pretty much made my day! Well done Sam's club, for hiring such a well mannered and caring young man. Well done

We saw online that you can get a visitor / invitation day pass. Because we were from out of town - we thought we would try it out. We had to abandon a whole cart after shopping because of when we were ready to check out - they told us they don’t do the day pass membership anymore.

Very Busy. Couldn't find what was in the flyer that was sent out. Will go back early in the morning.

Another great Sam's Club. Fully COVID-19 prepared. 22/10 Post COVID - Fully back up to pre-COVID stocking, service and new products.

To be honest, it's just a cheaper Walmart. It's the only place to buy cheap potato chips and gasoline!

The store was stocked well.
Not impressed with our cashier, but will give them the benefit of the doubt. They may have been new. It was fairly busy and only had 2 checkouts with cashiers open!
The bathroom was clean which is always a plus in my book.
I was not impressed however, that I could not do a cash transaction at the scan and go checkout or a transaction with multiple forms of payment.

* I also did forget to add that it does have the least expensive gas prices in Great Falls which is fantastic!

Lots of really well priced items and wide selection! Staff is friendly, store is very clean. Our family shops here regularly for everything: food, drink, clothes, household items, and even to grab a quick and cheap lunch. Will always recommend coming here. Oh, forgot to mention it has the cheapest gas in Great Falls. So win win there!

Its Sams Club. Just like all the other Sams Clubs. They no longer check for your members card at the door. Thats nice.

Got some local beer to take home. Love that they carry local products. Cheapest gas in town
