I always receive a good experience here, more than what I expect. The individual stylist know exactly what their doing and I leave fully satisfied with the outcome of service provided every single time regardless of who it is.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. My husband spoiled me with a demi day and I have never felt so relaxed. There was really no wait, I felt soo pampered, not judged, welcomed and more. This lady has no complaints! Thanks sanctuary! Worth every penny!

Had 1 hour massage and facials booked for my husband and myself. I had to book these roughly 1 month in advance in order to get in together. We both arranged our work schedules for the time off. Our appointments were for 3: 00pm, they called me at 1: 00pm to let me know that a therapist had called in sick that morning. They literally waited until 2 hours before our appointments to let us know. She told me this is their policy, as they try to find a replacement. Their communication is terrible. They are very rude. They do not care about their customer’s time at all. I had to give them a credit card to book and was told if I short notice cancel they would charge a percentage of the total services. When I asked if the cancellation policy worked in reverse. Since they were short notice canceling, would be receiving a credit? She hung up on me. They Will NEVER see one dime from me!

Everyone there was very nice but my experience was not the best. I prepaid for a 1 hour appointment at a higher price but then had to wait when I showed up. I didn’t mind waiting but after 15-20 minutes someone else quickly washed my hair before I saw my stylist. The actual haircut and blow dry were fine but very rushed. I don’t know if there was a scheduling issue or they were running behind but when everything was done my actual appointment only lasted about 25 minutes. I prepaid for a 60 minute appointment and got less than half that time for the same 1 hour price.

This place has always been amazing. However, one huge drawback is, you can't schedule online with a gift card, which is kind of irritating. I work long hours, and can't usually call during business hours, and having the ability to schedule online with a gift card would be nice, as people gift me massages. I work a really physical job and just want a massage lol. Help a sister out here.

This place is great for the average person; however if you are looking to take care of a medical need due to a stroke, forget it! I called and explained that I had a stroke and need assistance with heavy calluses that I am unable to take care of myself. They don't use callus scrapers, so heavy calluses would require 15 to 20 treatments in order to rectify. Had I not explained this in the beginning I could understand, but I am a guy needing a medical grade pedicure that they are not able to perform. You live and learn.

I’ve been a client of Sanctuary on and off for many years. I’m always treated like a guest. Brooke has been amazing - she’s an artist not just a hair stylist. The owner Kris is an amazing person who has shown kindness to so many people.

Just got my haircut with Alyssa at the Sanctuary! Absolutely love my hair now! She even went above and beyond and showed me how to get the perfect beach waves I’ve been wanting. Thank you so much!

Super friendly Staff and top notch service. Best, most thorough eyebrow wax I’ve ever gotten, the lash lifts and tints are always gorgeous, and I love the pedicures. They do a sensory-aroma experience for you during your pedicure and it is sooo relaxing!

I got my hair butchered at a different salon downtown after scheduling an impulsive haircut in a moment of weakness, like shaggy gross uneven mullet when I asked for a trim and some texture. I called sanctuary like I should have in the first place and asked for a last minute appointment, and thank the stars I ended up with Cordel the next afternoon. Cordel listened to me, and made sure we both agreed on what I wanted and gave me the most beautiful bob, laughing and joking the whole time. There’s no trace left of the bad haircut and I feel like myself again! I can’t thank you enough. Best salon in town! I shall never stray again.

I’ve been coming here for 20 years for a variety of services and love love this place! They always take such good care of me from the minute I arrive to check out—no details forgotten. I come here for massages, pedis, facials, color and cut, and for anytime I want to treat myself and take care of me. My stylist, Brooke, is hands down an absolute color expert. She has ideas for me to keep doing my hair just a little better every time, but is also so careful to make sure she goes slow and listens carefully so that I get new ideas but don’t get scared surprised at the result. Every time I came to her, she makes me so happy and delights me. She’s the perfect balance of innovation, quality, artistry, and thoughtfulness. I love being pampered and taken care of here. Honestly, they do everything so well, you can’t go wrong!

This afternoon I had my hair done by Cordel! Amazing not only did he fix my messy wig but the Balayage he accomplished was just spectacular! ️️️️Hands he is truly a Genius Stylist. Thank You so much. I had the best time in your chair you Rock. I will return no if ands or buts about it Hope you have all have a fantastic day.

My hair hadn't been touched by a professional since March. In addition to all the COVID, I'd moved from one part of town to another in Texas so I was without a regular stylist. Since I'm spending two weeks in Billings for the holidays, I decided to FINALLY get my hair colored and cut. Man, I am SO HAPPY with the results! Kris was able to blend my ridiculous roots, lightening my entire look in a really natural way that will look good as it grows out. Also, I thought I needed at least 3" cut off (from not getting even a trim for 9 months) and only ended up losing an inch. The products used smells great and they even gave me a sample of a product to try out at home. All of this for $200 LESS than my former stylist charged. If plane tickets to Billings weren't so expensive, I'd plan 3-4 trips a year just to get my hair done.

I had a Facial done. It was Amazing. Got my nails done and hair colored. The ladies were all awesome.
