So happy I came here! The staff took the time to understand my concerns and answer questions. Their care and attention was wonderful. This was the first visit here for the Botox and I will defiinitely be a repeat customer!

Shiloh Medical Clinic is IT! My first experience was wonderful. When I first arrived I couldn’t help notice how beautiful the clinic was. Clean & esthetically pleasing. Carol greeted me and was very kind. As I was waiting another gal (I’m so sorry I forgot your name!) came in to go over a few things who was just as kind. Dr. Reil came in shortly after to go over my chart & treatment. She is AMAZING! Super sweet & personable and made me feel incredibly comfortable. Check out was a breeze and Jenn who was training with Carol was great. Basically what I’m saying is if you are looking for a new place or considering treatments, run, don’t walk!

Excellent care, staff and environment. Karlee, my provider, was very knowledgeable, proficient, personable and fun to talk to. Enjoyed visiting with Debbie and Carol as well. You can tell that the staff enjoy their work and make you feel as you are part of the team. The staff I spoke with at the Billings clinic were also helpful and friendly. Thank you Dr. Reil for developing and bringing your innovative treatments to Bozeman!
