Shiloh Veterinary Hospital, Billings MT

Just moved here from out of town. Upon the first call all the way through the exam nothing but professional & friendly. They treated my fur child with kindness & answered all my concerns and questions. We will definitely be using Shiloh Vet.again!

IM NOT ONLINE MUCH AND REALLY DON'T LIKE LEAVING REVIEWS BUT THIS MAY BENEFIT OTHER PET OWNERS. MY FORMER VET RETIRED AND WE TRIED A COUPLE DIFFERENT CLINICS. BOTH WERE A NO GO ONE WE ARE STILL UPSET OVER. SO WE TRIED SHILO VETERINARY HOSPITAL AND ARE SO GLAD WE DID. WE HAVE A TEN YEAR OLD CHIHUAHUA SHE DEVELOPED A COUGH THREE YEARS AGO. EVERYONE IN THE HOUSE WAS SICK WITH COVID AND THE COUGH STARTED AT THE SAME TIME. WE WERE TOLD EVERYTHING FROM SCAR TISSUE FROM INTUBATION TO COLAPSED TRACHEA. OUR VET AT SHILO DR. SAMANTHA JOHNSON WAS AMAZING SHE LOOKED AT HER XRAYS FROM LAST YEAR AND TOLD US SHE HAS BRONCHITIS. SHE MADE A TREATMENT PLAN AND OUR LITTLE GIRL IS DOING MUCH BETTER. I ONLY WISH WE HAD GONE THERE SOONER. SHE SPENT SO MUCH TIME WITH US. EVERYONE WAS AWESOME THE TECHS WERE SO CARING AND SARA ACTUALLY CALLED US TWICE TO CHECK ON HER MY OWN DOCTOR DON'T GO THAT FAR! I ALSO NEED TO MENTION THE GIRLS IN RECEPTION ARE SO KIND AND CARING. THIS IS TRULY A TOP NOCH CLINIC THAT WILL GO ABOVE TO CARE FOR YOUR COMPANION

Everything and everyone was perfect and so nice. We had our doggy spayed and Dr. Kuehn and Laura were excellent.everyone there was so caring and awesome. Highly recommend this vet clinic!

Didn't wait long. Friendly staff. Doctor seemed just a little rushed.but have seen much worse at wakk in clinics.:)

As the owner of exotic birds, its so hard to find care for them in Billings Montana. I was so excited to hear that Dr. Kuehn had returned to practice. She is so wonderful with our macaws. Shiloh has always been there for all of our animals.
