6I usually don't write reviews because I believe they are either not authentic or just a another vehicle to be nasty without facing the individual. I do feel I need to write one for this service. I usually send a couple packages monthly although some months I might send as many as 7 or 8. Because of time crunch I usually take in wrapped packages and they are boxed and sent to several different addresses. I have been doing this for years! I have always had good service and find the employees to be very accommodating. On occasion I have had a few problems with the transportation companies and the gals at the Shipping Center have been a great help when contacting companies and helping track the problem. The service they provide simplifies my life and I greatly appreciate all they do.
What kind of shipping center for the 3 major carriers can't print a receipt showing it's been received? Very simple and yet extremely necessary for so many reason.
I'm always uncomfortable when I do business here. It started with one opinionated comment as to my returning of products on Amazon. They've made doing business with them continually unsettling. Unfortunately I have to do business here or pay a return pickup fee, nor do I own a printer to print my return labels.
I've never had problems emailing a return label. They usually print them for me. About a year ago, the lady made a rude comment about me returning a couple smart watches because I couldn't find one that suited my son without having to pay for one from Verizon, which we did find one. I thought leaving the latest return of a drone whose extra rotors didn't work for the drone in the Dropbox with a note that said I sent the return label in an email and left my email and phone number in the note for any questions regarding the return was necessary, in hopes I could avoid the one gal that makes me feel like I do when I go there. I'm usually returning things in the same manner I always have.
Needed to ship something Fedex was exited they offered this. They ladies were very kind and very helpful very happy!
I was in a super big hurry and the girls were so nice and they were able to help me in a timely manner! The atmosphere was really customer friendly. The customer service I received was awesome they were patient with me as I looked everything up to ensure my package was going to the correct place! I will definitely be using them in the future!
These are the rudest people I have ever run into. No small town friendliness here at all. I wanted to ship my Amazon package back and they said I needed a shipping label. I said Amazon gave me a QR code for you to scan. She said I quote "I don't care what you have it ain't going to happen" I went ti show her what Amazon told me for instructions and she said "I don't care what they said it ain't going to happen! " Then they said they don't ship for UPS, yet they have the "we ship UPS" sign up in plain sight. I'm from out of town, an hour I drove one way to get there. Thanks for your courtesy! I'll NEVER ship or recommend these rude people to anyone! They don't deserve to have a business that deals with the public.
