I did some last minute Christmas shopping and I didn't find what I needed. As I was leaving the store, I saw a good friend and we started talking. She was waiting for her daughter to check out. This elderly approaches me, and asked me if I was looking for something. I answered yes, but I couldn't find what I was looking for. Then, he asked what it was I was needing. I told him and he just walked away. Come to find out, thIs person did the same thing to my friend that I was talking to. I thought WTH! My guess is this male thought I was shoplifting. I didn't have a jacket on. SMH.

Over priced and not very nice to their customers they act like you are going steal right off the start when I clearly had no intentions of stealing. I went to buy an last min xmas gift but ended up just leaving to a different store.

General fram and ranch supply. Good selection or FR work wear and work boots. Check for sale flyers to find some pretty good savings.

I went in to find a Christmas present that I had seen about a month ago. I showed Taylor the picture I had and he didn't stop looking until we found the item. He even helped me hide the gift in a box. To have employees that go above and beyond seems like such a rare thing anymore. We were also helped in the men's clothing section by Bailey. Everywhere we turned someone was there wanting to assist us. Love this store and the service.

It's an alright store nothing to spiffy if you need tools or clothes you will probably find it here.

Has a large variety of everything your looking for the that store & something's you didn't expect to see. They have a fabulous selection of toys for those future ranchers, farmers, hunters, & etc. Tool section is lots of fun for the tool person in your life.

It's ok they have a good selection but employees don't know anything about the products they are selling

Check out nightmare. Shoppers backed up in 2 lines being checked out on one side of the checkout stand on west end shiptons made no sense. I decided to leave and not come back

Well if it wasn't for the helpfulness of the employees that seen to not want to go out of there way to help someone this place might be alright. Well, that is if you are just running in to grab something quick and get out. If your like me however, that likes to walk around and see what items I might like to get, then I do not recommend this place at all.sonetimes I don't k ow exactly what I want so I want to shop around. If you do, they seem to follow you to make sure your not stealing I suppose. Or if you go in with someone and get separated, then they still are not helpful.the kid that filled me around until he finally walked into my path and asked if he could help me find something. Being funny Isaid sure can you tell me where my sister is. Of course it was a private joke and he didn't get it but I did ask him where I would find the barn door hardware. You would think he might have had some idea but there was nothing. I describe what a sliding barn door looked like, he still didn't have any idea. Finally I said never mi d I'll find it myself. J don't recommend this Shiptons at all. Higher some Ole boys that have alot better customer service please.

They have a great selection to buy here. Got a pair of work gloves, pants, boots, and pretty earrings.
