Speedy Glass Featuring the NOVUS Windshield Repair System, Billings MT

I was coming through the Billings area. I had intended to have Safelite replace my windshield. But, contacting their local office proved impossible.
It proved very easy to contact Speedy Glass. Late Monday afternoon I confirmed that they did have the windshield, for my semi, in stock and set an appointment. First thing Tuesday morning they were at the truckstop to meet me. Windshield was replaced in about 15 minutes. GREAT PEOPLE, GREAT SERVICE! Safelite has lost a customer, who replaces aptleast one or two windshields a year.

Not only was my paint scratched to hell when replacing, they broke the trim on the bottom of my windshield and glued it back together without notifying us. They also didn’t bother to hook back up the sprayers for my washer fluid so that had to be fixed. Not to mention I had to clean my car after because they got adhesive all over my dash and leather seats. Not impressed and wouldn’t recommend. For $350 I was pretty disappointed to say the least. Won’t make that mistake again.

Showed up a little early for my appointment for chip repair, they got me right in and done within 20 minutes!
They are not kidding around with the name!

I had them install an passenger window and I didn’t realize that the rubber linen was on the wrong side of the glass the whole time causing it to break. I thought it wouldn’t be an issue for them to replace because it had only been a year plus they didn’t install correctly, instead they took no accountability for it and was going to charge me more to replace it than the last one. Disappointing and wasted a lot of money and time beings I have tinted windows on top of it all!

WOW! FIrst Class Service. Called on a Friday afternoon and they came out and replaced my Windshield in my Volvo VNL 670 within an hour. Guys knocked it out in like 30 minutes. FIRST CLASS! Best service I have had in a long time. Very Pleased and would give them all my business if I lived in the area.

Went in on a Wednesday n paid in full cost of replacement of windshield and was told I would receive a call around Monday when it arrived to schedule app. Programed their # in my phone n NEVER received a call at all! I waited 3 weeks n sent my girlfriend in to find out the hold up as I worked B4 they open n after they close. She talked to front desk girl and she claimed she called. Which is funny because my lady pulled up all history n there was NOTHING! So she flat lied! At that point my lady demand the $ back for not only bad ethics but urgency to replace my windshield. Which didn't seem urgent to them. Got the run around over another week almost two. Decided since I already paid might as well have them do the job in hopes their installation wasn't as bad as their service. Bill was more conciderate n helpfully than the young receptionist that needs classes obviously on how to do her job, remember honesty is the best choice, n handle customers. This was my 3rd windshield w/in 6 months so keeping me as a customer would be wise as Critelli had no interest in my $ n neither does Speedy Glass. They should have offered a free car wash or discount for the inconveniences, but NADA was offered. I'll never go to either places again! There was NOTHING speedy about it!

Charged $80 to put a wooden block with a nail in it to hold my window up. They never told me what they even did to keep my window up; I found this out at a different repair shop. My locking mechanism was also broken so I couldn’t lock my car, and somehow the button to open my gas tank was broken as well. Don’t even know what happened.

Go to Safelite instead. Unhelpful, passive aggressive staff if you disagree with them. Will refuse to service you and say "it's out of our service range" when their tech is already on site. Will try to charge you for service they haven't even done.

Giving 2 stars for them squeezing us in last minute, because THAT was helpful, but they couldn't service us due to unforseen covid circumstances with the Canadian Border, and when attempting to re-schedule, they are suddenly unable to provide mobile service our region 20 miles away from their shop. Ridiculous and petty.

Just go to Safelite. Their receptionist is much more helpful.

My rear view mirror fell off and took a chunk of glass out with it. The employees here were extremely helpful. They took me in without an appointment, repaired the gash, and reattached my rear view for no charge. I cannot commend their professionalism enough. Huge shoutout to Billy and the Speedy Glass crew!

Crystal was amazing. Got me in quickly when I was only in town for a few days. Installation only took 90 minutes and I was back on the road. Fabulous customer service, will make the drive for all my windows needs!

We scheduled an appointment a week in advance, and when the time came, we drove an hour and a half to get to them. They said they didn't have us scheduled but that they would fit us in. A half hour later, they called us and said they couldn't help us out anymore because the part we needed was now broken. Seemed a bit convenient. Definitely not happy with our experience.

My vehicle was broken into. The passenger window busted out. They got me in right away and replaced the window. Amazing service. Nice friendly service.

This business got us in the same day. We took a second rock chip while on vacation and called Speedy Glass to check on prices and availability. Their price was $20 less than the lowest price that we'd found in Utah! What's more is that they had an opening in the early afternoon. They took it in on time and finished early. The office worker was genial and helpful. She took the payment and gave us instructions on how to take care of the windshield for the next 24 hours. Except for having a broken window, the experience was great. We highly recommend Speedy Glass in Billings, Montana!
