Often to know that this specific SC up on the heights, you have little risk getting someone who messes things up or gets confused often leading to arguments, Not here, All great hard workers and people in general. I have had most or all of the beautiful women here (Mia and Beverley) cut my hair and never once could I complain. Cause they know what to do.
They remembered me, and proved why, in my opinion they all deserve a raise or at least acknowledgement of their talent and. Dedication. Honestly I am part of an excavation business, and we never get that many people on the same page as these as these kind hearteds upper echelon type talent

Very great place to get a haircut. My son and husband get there haircut at Sports Clips in the heights. The service is great, the people are friendly and they are satisfied! I would recommend to give it a try, you will be more than satisfied

This is the only place my husband gets his hair cut! You can reserve your appointment time on line and check if there’s openings if you are in a hurry- and his hair always comes out the way he likes it!

Need a simple haircut for my eight year old they were closing in 25 minutes was sighed at when I asked if they had time to cut a little boy's hair then threw her broom down and said bring him in I said no thank you I wouldn't have you cut my son's hair with that kind of attitude make him feel like a big inconvenience you're open till 6 means you're open till 6 I was there before 6.

$30 and up for simple haircuts. Total rib off considering the (stylists) are adequate at best. Don't waste your money.

I went for the first time today. My stylist was brilee she did a great job. I tried to fill out the online survey but but for some reason it won't recognize the store number. Thanks for an awesome job!

Pulled up at 5: 15, no customers. Sign said they were open until 6. They were cleaning up and would not take any more customers.

These guys will rip you off I paid $70 for 2 boys haircuts they charge me for the MVP and they never did any of it besides give me a haircut II have been calling them for a week now we live an hour out of town they told they totally messed up my son's hair and mine they shaved him bald when I told them to start with a 3 on the sides Been calling the location for over 7 days and they will not pick the phone up I called back-to-back my son started school and is sad to even show his head

I have been a regular customer since they opened, this past weekend and today I went in to get a haircut they had two stylist one was with a customer and the other one was not I was the only other person in the store, she asked ifi checked in online which I did not I was told that it would be an hour plus before they would take me. I sat there for 15 minutes and no one came in. Needless to say she could have cut my hair in that time. I was asked to leave when I was talking to a person who came in about how I thought it was silly to make me wait when no one else was in the. I will never go back to this store. I always g I t the most expensive cut and tipped well.

It was good signed up on line but thay were closed for lunch. For a hour WITCH. Bumped me off the list. Had to redo everything. Got a haircut a hour later

I walked in to see if there were any openings today. The blonde female stylist was cutting hair not 5 feet from the desk. I was given zero acknowledgement. A "Someone will be with you as soon as possible" would have been sufficient. Basic customer service skills are lacking here, I can only imagine the quality of the rest of the service.

Good haircut, quick service if your on the list, not a great attitude.part of why you go there is for the experience, make people want to come back, not go somewhere else. If your don't enjoy what you do, move on.

Used this business frequently the last 5 years. From my experience the west end location is much better. I show up to the heights location 2 hours before closing. Not one customer was there, a few girls were in the back hanging out. One girl walked up and told me appointments only and they were not accenting walk ins. "It sais no appointments needed on the front door". I won't be going back.
