The way they treat their employees is horrific.

Also, if you work here and Scott tells you that you can't discuss your wages, you totally can. It's illegal for employers to tell employees they can't discuss their own wages. He uses this tactic to pay his employees unfairly.

I recently bought a used Specialized Turbo Tero electric bicycle from Sports City. They had advertised the bike on their website which I found online. From the very start of working with Larry the salesman I had nothing but a pleasant experience. He is very communicative and personable. The bike was like new and sold to me for a VERY fair price. Because I live in Denver they packed it up for me in a bike shipping container from a similar bike and let me arrange my shipping. The bike arrived exactly as described and I couldn't have been happier with the transaction and the folks that work there!

Wonderful to work with. Had a bike repaired here and were shipping it half way across the country. Robert took great care of the bike, let us store it while we worked out shipping, turned the bike on so the battery didn't die, and helped with the pickup. Extremely professional and helpful! Thank you so much!

I had wrote a review a couple of weeks ago giving this business a one star review. After talking with Scott about my issues, I was wrong, I admit it. I probably should’ve called him first before posting this but I didn’t, I apologize. They are, by far, my favorite place to buy Waverunners from. They treat you great and are very knowledgeable. I’ve also bought a smaller four wheeler from them. I will continue to support this family owned company. Thanks Scott for clearing up my problems. You have a customer for life.

Scott Dailey and Sports City Cyclery have never disappointed us in all the decades we’ve done business with them. He recently worked with us to get exactly the perfect “Specialized” PAS ebikes for these two spry septuagenarians. Could not be more pleased.

I can't say enough about this place. Custom ordered a couple of 570s from Scott, and he went above and beyond. Did an excellent walk through of the machines and even gave us trail maps and recommendations on where to ride! Will definitely be going back for future business!

Called to have a recall taken care of for my jetskis. Told them exactly what happened and they said they ordered the parts. I drove 125 miles and wasted 150 bucks in diesel fuel to get the fix done.

They hadn’t ordered the right part. Giant waste of my time and money.

I had some issues where the shop ordered incorrect parts and wasted my day and diesel fuel.

Just discussed the issue with the owner, Scott, and he decided to double down and say we wont do business anymore, instead of rectifying the issue. Very weird business practice. I guess that is what happens when you inherit the business from your daddy.

I am doubling down and saying I REALLY would not do business with this place.

I bought my second bike through these guys, easy to get a hold of people, quick and easy financing, helpful through the process, got me exactly what I wanted.

I submitted an online inquiry to Kawasaki about a side by side that went out to all of the Montana dealers. Scott at Sports City was the only person to reach out to me. His salesman Larry made the whole purchase process easy and stress free. I did order a few accessories that the service department put on. Kevin in the service department was able to schedule appointments that worked for me and did not have my machine any longer than needed. Great experience and will definitely recommend Sports City to others.
