St Francis Veterinary Hospital, Butte MT

All the staff at St. Francis Veterinary Hospital and friendly. They have been there for my family through the happy and the sad. No matter the circumstance, they are always kind. We are very lucky they are here.

Not only did they end the life of my baby, who wasn't even 5 yet, but on top of it all, they've given the ashes of my cat to my ex, who has no legal claim over his remains. I will be pressing charges and suing to the highest avaliable degree. The level of unprofessionallism is unrealistic and uncivilized. These are not "people" they're heartless.

Nicest people and took excellent care of my critters. I would highly recommend St. Francis

I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of care they put into my cat before he passed, but I can only give three stars because I currently owe a nearly $2,000 bill that must be paid before I may receive the ashes. The compassion they had for my animal has not been continued after his passing and the bitter feeling I am left with won't allow me any peace because of how unpredictable this turn was.

We only take our dog here for grooming, and we totally love the job the groomer does but this review is about the receptionist, Lisa I believe, she makes us not want to come back she is rude, argumentative and just plain not happy, I think the owners need to look at the low reviews, seems every one is about her being rude and argumentative if not for the sweet groomer, Lexy, we definitely would not return thanks to a bad receptionist!

Took our cat to St Francis Veterinarian Hospital in Butte and had a very horrible experience! The receptionist was very RUDE, lacked compassion, and actually started a argument with me. Stay away from this Veterinarian, the service was horrble!
