Starbucks, Kalispell MT

Burnt my mouth instantly. The coffee was way too hot. I’ve been to many Starbucks and never experienced that. Terrible.

The service was efficient and Ashley is one of the friendliest baristas I’ve been served by! Honestly that’s mostly why I’m writing this review. She greeted me with a huge smile and was kind to each customer. Well done and Merry Christmas!

This place is kinda confusing due to the lack of employee initiative when greeting you at the counter. They all just kind of stand there and stare at you like you're stupid. Could be just special for me though. My opinion is all I can offer though.

Elise? Elisa? The last letter in her name escapes me. BUT
Both times Ive recently been here, this lovely young woman has been at the drive through window in the morning and she is so wonderful, sweet and an absolute joy to be served by. Even in the few moments at the window.
5/5 stars for just the overall uplifting spirit she has.

There was a lady here I think they called her madi she is a little bigger and she was very mean and yelled at me that she refused to serve me and I think she spat in my drink.

Coffee is good and expensive.i make my own better. Probably with less sugar but thas the price of convenience i guess

Americano was weak even with an extra shot.
Wrap was good.

Just watched a woman take out the trash from the toilets and go directly to making drinks! She touched the milk pitcher and the machine. When asked about washing her hands, she said, "oh, yeah". This place is a health hazard! How many times has this happened before? Soooo gross! Starbucks train your workers!

More times than not I come here in the middle of the day and they're closed. Pay your staff a liveable wage and maybe you'd find good workers. Pathetic

Very nice store, plenty of room to hang out and relax if you like. Staff is always friendly and welcoming.

Amazing service, food, and drinks. All the staff are super sweet and helpful! Most starbucks I go to the staff can be slow / talkative among their coworkers but everyone here is very professional. I’ve spoken personally to a few of the starbucks staff that have gone above and beyond to help me. Extra props for Anna, Micah, and Maddie. Keep up the work starbucks your staff here is incredible.

Haven't really ever been to any bad Starbucks but this one is as good as all the rest and the staff here maybe even a step above

This Starbucks has the best staff ever! Especially Micah, Andrew, Ian, Emma, and Caitlyn! They have inconsistent hours at times, which can be frustrating. They are finally starting open a little later, which is good for those of us that work the night shift!

I had received reward points from my medical insurer for gift certificates but we're useless where I live, 90 miles from Kalispell. I am a big fan of coffee and used the gift certificates here stocking up on whole bean coffee. I was disappointed that Starbucks totally refused to ship even when I was more than willing to pay for shipping.
The young lady who helped me was fantastic helping me get my order together.

Friendly staff but doesn't really pay attention to what u said for your order. As I can't stand whip on top and asked for none still ended up scrapping it off.

The two lady’s that were working, were very rude to most of the customers. Very poor customer service.
