Staybridge Suites Missoula, an IHG Hotel

Stayed here recently and had the level
of customer service I’d expect from a cheap roadside chain. I arrived and was assigned
a room I did not reserve. I was voicing my frustration with the front desk and the manager was extremely rude. She was challenging me about why I even reserved the room I did, and how the one I was assigned was going to be better. I explained to her that I reserved the room I did for a specific reason, and she proceeded to get an attitude with me and be sarcastic in her responses to my concerns. I’ve voiced my concerns to HQ, and left a message asking for the GM to contact me, and haven’t heard back. I’ve stayed here on a regular basis in the past, seems like standards have gone downhill from the IHG brands I know and recognize. Missoula is booming and plenty of newer hotels in the area that will be getting my business moving forward, unless they decide to address.

Great facilities, friendly staff. The room was very clean. Big fridge in the kitchen area, microwave, stove top, dishwasher. The staff was very friendly and accommodating

Wow! This place is really nice. Great place for a Family or just yourself and your better half. Close to restaurants and activities.

Stayed here the second week of July, 2021. The room was perfect and set up like a small apartment, separate sleeping area, and comfortable living room/kitchen area that had everything we needed. The place was spotless and clean (and I usually check!) and it was quiet and had great social hour meals and a delicious and generous portion breakfast each day. The staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. On any return trips I will definitely stay here again!

Friendly staff, nice 2 bedroom suite, good breakfast. A smart TV would be awesome, or a selection of dvds to checkout from the front desk for the night.

First room we stayed in was a “junior suite” that was accessible for the deaf, which we did not request or even want. But we were placed there. We stayed 2 days and I would definitely not recommend that room. House keepers were cleaning at 9AM and I could literally hear their entire conversation through the walls! Along with banging doors slamming etc.my work hours require me to be up late and sleep in and I was not able to do that at all because of the housekeeping being so loud. Either them or the walls are just way to thin! Either way we could not sleep peacefully. On top of that we left with bug bites. I would not recommend getting the studios.
I have stayed in the one bedrooms and they are quite a bit better being that the rooms are bigger and the doors kind of separate us from the hallway.
The kids above us kept running around all night which made that also annoying. Basically if I ever return, I will be sure to stay on the top 4th floor in a 1-2 bedroom room. Hopefully by then the figure out the bugbite situation

Great place to stay while we visited family (in fact, we always stay here!). The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and the rooms are comfortable.

The hotel is nice and offers nice rooms, however both my daughter and I left with a ton of bug bites after sleeping in their beds. I at first thought, maybe it was just a spider or something that bit me that just happened to be in that room.but one day later we rebooked this hotel in an entirely different room on a different floor, and both my daughter and I left with over 10 bites! Despite the beds looking clean and white I definitely think they have either bedbugs or some sort of bugs in the pillows/room or something. I would not have said anything but literally there are bites on my neck face legs and arms along with my daughters face and back. We slept in separate beds so I’m thinking it’s in the bedding.the hotel itself looks pretty Nice and staff was fine. But on two separate occasions we left with bites that we previously did not have.so definitely something from the hotel:/

We come to Missoula every week for business. We have tried several different hotels. This hotel was the best hands down. The rooms were amazing, the beds were incredible and Hannah was beyond helpful. Thank you Hannah! See you next week

Such friendly staff. My room was very clean. Be aware they do allow pets but nothing too excessive. Outside was well kept. This close to a few restaurants and highway. Highly recommend

The rooms are spacious and clean, front desk staff was wonderful and the breakfast was great. Definitely will stay at this hotel every time were in Missoula.

The internet is slow, so if you're coming for work I'd test the internet first to see if it's up to par with what you're doing.

Very clean, very nice. Good selection for continental breakfast. We didn't get a chance to use the billiard room. Good variety of exercise equipment that all worked with free weights and benches. Plenty of towels and cleaning supplies.

Very friendly staff. We were upgraded as spire elite to a wonderful two-bedroom suite. All the dishes were clean and put away plenty of clean towels and actually a really nice spread for breakfast choices. Would definitely recommend it and definitely will return. Thank you staybridge staff for your hospitality.

0 stars! Staff was very rude.it smelled like someone was smoking in the room above or below us. I called the front desk and all they said was “we’ll look into it” didn’t offer to move us, nothing. Then my 3 year old was trying to get into the top drawer, and the dresser and tv fell. Would’ve squished her completely, luckily the bed stopped that from happening. The tv broke and They said it was our fault because we didn’t tell the front desk that the tv wasn’t secured down. Isn’t that room services job to make sure the room is clean and safe? Won’t ever stay there again!
