I bought an X-Curve frame around 2016. I needed to replace the belt and the new ones don’t fit my old frame. One call to Stone Glacier and they told me to send the frame to them and they’d modify it to accept the new belt at no cost. You heard that right…no cost. This a company that stands behind their product and will make sure what they’ve delivered in the past will work with what they’re developing today. Do your old iPhone chargers work with your new phone? Did Apple replace them for free? Nope!

We highly recommend Stone glacier products. We've been purchasing their products for 3 years. From packs to clothing we love the quality and functionality. SG stand behind their products, they're warranty and can make repairs right at their Bozeman shop. Telephonic customer service has been great as well as the fantastic service from Jake who works at the front counter when you walk in the store. He takes the time to explain all the merchandise, fit the gear and personally takes pride in putting gear together. Through our visits at the store he wears all the gear and is a hunter and gives his honest thoughts of the merchandise. We recently purchased some gear which included covers for binoculars and a rangefinder. Jake spent 30 minutes fitting them properly in the covers. This is just one of many examples of Stone Glacier's stellar performance.

Not only do they make amazing gear, but there customer service is second to none! The service I received is unheard of now a days! SG, it's pretty hard not to be loyal to a company with these beliefs in customer service and commitment to quality and innovation.

Great products. Wanted to stop by the store while I was in town and it was closed on just a random Friday. Very disappointing as we planned to purchase a good amount of items.

I am extremely disappointed about the black label Cirque that these guys are selling. The Jacket started developing a surface tear and I sent out a complaint to Wyatt. He called it Pilling and I bought this Jacket for $390 and have used it 3 times. I don't understand how such poor quality can come out of a so called Made in USA brand. I am so unhappy about the product and suggest no one buy this product. I will post some pics online. I asked for a replacement and Wyatt told me that it was pilling and was not covered under warranty.

First of all, impeccable customer service from Wyatt - thanks a bunch for all of your help.

Picked up a sky 5900 with all of the goodies to go with it and right out of the box this bag checks every spot on my list.

Incredible build quality, the riffle carry system is top notch and well thought out, having the ability to run 4000 ci and go up to 5900 ci is super impressive, overall it’s a sensational design.

If you’re thinking about Stone Glacier, stop thinking and just get it done.

Traveled from NY for a week’s vacation. Wanted to check out a few things at the store that I had read about. Four young guys in the store that appeared to be staff. No customers. Never got a hello, can I help you, did you find what you were looking for. Not a word. Terrible service. Will buy elsewhere.

Love the SG products. We’ve outfitted most of our family with their hunting packs. Always a pleasant experience to stop in and chat with the guys in the shop. The new facilities are top notch. The quality on the merchandise is phenomenal. Prices are steep, but when it comes to packs in particular (and I’ve tried most!) you get what you pay for!

Never been to the actual store, but I can't see them treating you any different than they do over the phone. They don't offer comparable clothing to Kuiu or Sitka in the sense that Stone Glacier are superior in every way. It feels like not a seam or string is overlooked. Just call them and thank them for their care for their products so you can hear the gratitude in their response and you'll see for yourself. I'm not a fanboy or any single brand but there's not a thing I found that these guys do wrong. Thanks for your care for your products and for the way you treat your customers. As long as you maintain your philosophy I'm a fan for life.

Bought a pair of gaiters from SG and they are amazing! Better yet, I felt the fit wasn’t quite right so they went to their shop and got them custom fitted. Great products and amazing customer service!
