Subway, Whitefish MT

Most unprofessional experience I've ever had at any subway extremely rude and apparently hates her job and long drive will never let her serve me or my family again wow

I ordered takeout subs to be delivered to a hotel in Whitefish using DoorDash. I found out later that the Whitefish Subway location does not use DoorDash, so my order was transferred to the Columbia Falls Subway without telling me. I tried calling the Whitefish Subway to understand why my order was transferred (and therefore delayed), but no one picked up the phone in Whitefish. Lots of confusion without an explanation.

Poor customer service.

The younger kid starting the sandwiches was nice even though he was new, however the other kid with the shaved head and the acne was really rude and should check himself. I've worked in food plenty of times, and there's no reason to be hostile.

Very clean very nice stuff. To the young man who just made me a wrap thank you for showing kindness on one of the toughest day of my life.

Very clean. Very good employees. 10 to 15 bucks. Good luck eating somewhere else for that price.

I really like the manager and one of her employees both ladies are so cool in whitefish restaurant manager is dayna and gale, really great.

It’s subway. Somehow they’ve convinced us that eating an entire loaf of bread for lunch is a healthier option.

I usually have great service and am very happy with my sandwich. Today was my worst experience. The music was too loud and I needed to repeat my order several times. By the time he finished with my sandwich it was macerated and everything squished out. He squished it back together with the sandwich paper. Plus he kept sniffing over it like he had post nasal drainage. I still tipped well but I can't eat it.

Dirty store. Staff acted as though it was a burden for me to be there, and got food poisoning to boot. Thanks Subway.

Clean, delicious and awesome customer service! Just had breakfast here and though I'm not certain of his name, whoever was working the morning shift on September 12th 2021 is a BOSS and probably super underappreciated. Give that kid a raise or a promotion, he's going places! He was very efficient, friendly and great customer service. With everything going on today in the job market, particularly the pressure so many servers face with having to do way more work than they should, workers like him are what keep these businesses going. Show appreciation for the ones who do such a good job.

The food was what you would expect. However the service was exseptional! Bre and Gabby are new here but busted their buts and where even super kind when I messed up part of an order I would take the time to go out here just to work with them.

Whitefish store is awesome. There was a glitch on the website and it sent my order to Eureka. The manager in the Eureka store was absolutely no help and a little rude. I then got a little loud, but he was telling me that there was nothing he could do and could not refund my money. He finally called Whitefish and they took care of my order with no problem. Said he would take care of it. Wish I would have gotten his name in Whitefish, he was very professional and helpful.

The staff here is always friendly and the two young ladies that were working today were super super nice and made my sandwich with care and a smile. They even wrote 'have a great night! ' on the wrapper. I really appreciated the great service and the sandwich was really good too.

This is the best Subway store I have been to and I have been to many of them! The staff are always polite, friendly and the sandwiches are excellent!

This is a great location. Such friendly & helpful staff. We stopped for a quick sandwich whilst travelling through the area and our food was fresh and tasty.

The staff does not enforce the Montana State COVID-19 mask mandate. DPHHS will be notified.

The guys are friendly and made it smooth ordering a bunch of sandwiches. They could easily make that an unpleasant thing to go through each one, especially when you don't have an exact list of options for each sandwich. Thumbs up guys!

Super fustrating. Our order SHOULD of came to $20 guy rang it up $28. There was chz/jalapeño bread on 2 of our sandwiches those happened to be our kiddos which made my experiences even worse.
