Subway, Shelby MT

My Granddaughter wanted to stop so we did and she inhaled an entire foot long sub. I personally prefer all the competing sub shops over subway. I gave it a three star rating but I know that she would give them five stars.

Quick stop for some Subs and stopped at this subway. We were the only customers in the store and ordering was easy. Our subs, however, were very messy, and one had so much honey mustard couldn't pick it up. The flat bread was very hard and my wife had to eat with a fork. Horrible. Mine was also flat bread and was ok it just had too much ranch dressing and completely cracked open, and contents fell out. Again, not the standards we except from Subway. Employees were young, probably high school but writing this as it may help manager with a teaching moment.

Stopped in here because chain subways are usually all the same. But this one was not. All the bread was really undercooked, soggy and fell apart. They load you up with veg and meat but it’s useless if you can’t eat it. There were bugs in my spinach as well.
Just passing through but I thought everyone should be warned of the quality.

Honestly this is my first time getting food since the new owner, and the first thing I noticed is it smells a lot nicer inside and it's CLEAN! My only negatives are We had ordered online and forgot to put toasted on our 3 sandwiches, so we had called, and they were not very helpful at all, so none of the sandwiches were toasted which who goes to subway and doesn't toast their sandwich? And I received salt and pepper on my sandwich which I did not request, again called and was given no help, or no resolve. Secondly, when working in customer service when you have a customer come in, it does NOT matter if you have an issue with the person, you DO NOT need to give dirty looks, or be very passive aggressive in your movements. I was very upset to go from hearing laughing, both the girls working looking at me and greeted me almost the correct way, except halfway through dropped the smile and niceness.
I was really believed the new owner would do right by subway and our town, but currently I am not.
Well guess it'll be awhile before I try again.

Hubs just left Subway Shelby, MT location and it took over 30 mins for 1 sandwich. Seriously? 3 girls working and nine customers! Should not take that long! So unacceptable. They might need more training in time management and how to multitask.

Lettuce was slimy which ruined the entire sandwich. The lettuce looked bad when it was put on, and it WAS bad. Threw most of sandwich out. Candy dish by cashier area was filthy.

Typical food items. Owned by a great family, so they take pride in how they prepare the food, serve the people and take care of their place. Recommended!

New owners are awesome. The place was clean and the workers were awesome! They happily made at least 4 sandwiches well after 8pm closing. Thank you!

This place is ran by teenagers that don't know what they are doing they need to be retrained on how to properly make a subway sandwich horrible service just horrible

Very rude all around. They closed for almost a month and didn't put any signs up or anything stated they were closed. They rarely have all the ingredients to make a sandwich.

Extremely welcoming and warm. Accommodated our dietary needs nicely.

It's a good place with good employees but it's never open when it's supposed to be. Really inconvenient

Sunday hours need to be changed online. Seems like every Sunday they are closed by 6pm instead of the posted 8pm.
