Sundowner Motel, Dillon MT

This place was so filthy, I threw my key on the dresser and walked away. It was not even worth the time to complain. Don't bother. Sorry mom and dad, you should be ashamed.

I read these reviews desperate and late one night- a solo woman concerned about safety yet trying to avoid spending an enormous amount of money at the other “nice” places. LOOK NO FURTHER! This hotel is the five stars everyone says it is! Great location for stores and food too.

Everyone that works here is super nice and very understanding. We had to stay why waiting for our apartment and everyone here were very nice and asked us how things were going.the room is very clean and comfortable we have lots of hot water.the breakfast is great for a simple one which makes it great. The location is great because your in the heart of Dillon so you can park your car and walk to see things in town plus I could have my dogs. If you want nice people who understand small town feel motel this is the place and something with in your budget also.

Great rooms, excellent rates. Owner is very nice and takes pride in his business. Mexican truck next door is amazing. Location is perfect. Central to eveything.

I give Sundowner 5 Stars for a "cheap motel. " If you need a comfortable clean bed and a nice hot shower in the morning and don't want to spend a lot of money, this place earned 5 stars in my opinion.
The friendly, helpful owners obviously work very hard to keep the place up, and really seem to care that their guests have a good stay at their motel.
There's a McDonald's about a quarter of a mile away. The owners have coffee in bagels and English muffins in the office as well.
I would definitely stay here again if I'm passing through Dillon.

Very clean and comfortable which was surprising at such a reasonable price. Water pressure was AMAZING, bed was super kushy, plus they let us have our doggy stay too. Only reason we left a 4-star instead of a 5 is because there isn’t an in-house laundry room (there is one across the street but we’re lazy). If we ever come back to Dillon we know where to stay!

We stay here every time we come through Dillon. Clean, comfy room. Good bed, A/C. Love the patterned sheets. Front desk lady (Julie) very nice.

My friend and I stayed here April 15. Unfortunately when we left and I had forgotten my iPad in the room. The motel called us, but we were not planning on going back thru Dillon. We asked if they could courier it to my friends place in Chandler. They weren't really sure they could but 2 months later my friend received my iPad via UPS. I was extremely happy they took the time and cost to send me the iPad back. Thank you sundowner motel.
We found the rooms clean and close to lots of amenities. The price was very good as well.
Just really good people who run this motel. I would definitely recommend.

We stayed at this motel when we had car troubles. Owners were very accommodating, letting us borrow tools, and letting us stay past check out time, without charges us more, while we waited for our car to being repaired. So grateful for their hospitality!

Very friendly people and a very quiet night. The price was right and the bathroom was nice and clean. Carpet in the room was quite dirty but on the whole the place was good.

Great place to stay.had an issue and the owner and staff rectafied the issue in a timely manner.would definitely stay here again.
