Excellent service and the location is superb for my travels while working in the area. Staff is always helpful.

First of all, customer service was best you could ask for…very friendly, made food recommendations and was very accommodating to my crazy schedule. The rooms was very clean, very cozy and the bed was super comfortable. There’s a convenience store attached to the hotel, which was very handy. Wonderful stay and will most definitely be returning!

Worst internet ever- when worked, super slow. I was on phone with an IT guy for 45 minutes with no help there. Not helpful staff for any issue. Had confirmation of reservation in email yet they couldnt find a reservation. Charged my cc after promise wouldn't as company paid for stay. Fiasco & no communication among staff. Had to tell three people same thing with poor results. Not stocked TP etc.

First night i stayed, the room keys did not work. Same as for another guest. He tried new cards twice, i was lucky, only once. Night person was quite flustered when i arrived. Rooms seemed clean, breakfast was you make waffles, cold sugared cereal, and processed baking. They had yogurt and boxed servings of milk. Coffee was very weak.
Did not see fruit.
2nd time, was a little better, staff was a bit more on the ball, room was basically the same, breakfast the same. The key cards worked first time. Hotel was quite quiet.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioning worked. The staff was nice. Breakfast was good. Minor negatives, the casino was attached to the motel, the sink was outside of the bathroom, and the decor was a tiny bit outdated. You can hear the train go by. I recommend staying there. We enjoyed our stay.

Had a pleasant stay, Faith and front Mananger where attentive. Rooms where clean, would stay again.

I had to stay for an unexpected, extended time waiting to close on my house. The Staff accommodated us with a smile! Thank you!

Great find on our way to Glacier. Guy at the desk was very welcoming and had cookies made, room was clean, laundry area was reasonable and clean, and the hotel is attached to a small casino (we didn't visit) and a big convenience store. Breakfast choices were pretty good. Would definitely stay again.

Best Super 8 Motel that we have ever stayed. Clean, friendly, helpful. And Breakfast was good. You do have to be alert to spot it though, we almost missed seeing it as there are no advance signs before the exit.

The location was the only thing bringing us here. The hotel itself is very old with an extremely old interior. The rooms were shabby and a bit dirty. I would recommend driving elsewhere if you can. The staff was friendly and the only thing getting the hotel above a one star. Breakfast was cereal with warm stinky milk, so we went around the corner to a dinner for breakfast. This place needs a remodel. The only thing interesting was the old laundry shoot. No pool.

Traveling to Alaska, we stayed at the Super 8 based it being pet friendly and value (price + reviews). Our expectations were met, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The customer service provide by Chris was exceptional! We had to make an adjustment to our reservation and she was extremely accommodating.

Terrible hotel, terrible service greedy money hungry people. The rooms are terrible and the people are too!

Employee interaction win: Brett

All things considered, our stay here should have been unremarkable and fleeting. We were on our way north after a day of skiing and grabbed a room here to get off the road for the night, a quick in and out, or so we thought. Before bed, we decided to spend a bit of time at the hotel bar/casino, which is where we met Brett. This man, working the graveyard shift (which could be enough to dampen even the most delightful individual's spirits), turned our likely unremarkable stay into a memorable one. His exceptional service and pride in his work stood out and caused all of our group to take notice. We ended up spending far more time than we expected in the casino/bar, entirely due to our incredible experience with Brett. Thank you Brett.

Nightshift front desk was rude and inappropriate with her misleading comments. Should be put in another role or let go.
Was mortified that she looked at each of us implied extra charges for 2 additional people for the room stay. Then said you can't use your American visa without a 4 digit pin. Then once completed payment in Canadian funds. She then said well next time use your American visa. Wow this was a really weird experience, then she looked at me and said you look like you want to stay something to me? Customer service was a zero percent out 100. Will definitely drive past this location. Will stay elsewhere.
