Super 8 by Wyndham Lewistown

Debated on leaving this review but after reading that others shared the same experience as us, I decided to write one as it’s obviously an ongoing issue with this hotel. Check out is at 11am. In the early morning we heard housekeepers going around knocking on doors, so we decided to put the ‘do not disturb’ sign on right away. Then at about 9am I was getting ready to head into the shower, right as I was about to step into the bathroom completely naked, the room door opened quickly with absolutely no warning. Luckily it happened in the exact moment I was close enough to grab the door so she didn’t expose me. She told me the computer told her we were gone. There’s a few reviews of this exact same thing happening. No knock, no warning, before check-out time, just unlocking & walking straight into your room. Then not once but TWICE housekeepers came knocking on the door. I called the front desk to confirm that check-out was 11 and she told me there was just a confusion and that she would tell them to stop. But yet again someone came around 10 knocking. So in a 2 hour timeframe someone walked into our room and came knocking 3 times.

Not to mention the left over pizza in the fridge and an apology for “knocking too much” with no mention of the person that walked straight in, and no discount. $150 for one night was not worth all that.

Sometimes you don't know what you are going to get in a Hotel. Well Super 8 Lewistown was an amazing find. The Super 8 Hotel was clean, comfortable, and had a great vibe going for it. Our room was nice and cozy, clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was super friendly and helpful, they even offered to help us with our bags.

Walls are paper thin. Cleaning staff came to the door way too early (8: 30). My family likes to have a slow start on Vacation.

Very clean room with double queen size beds, and the shower was hot with good pressure, like the best I've seen in a long time, front desk people very helpful with directions for good food places n helping me with tv channel selections, along with towels n soap

Extra clean place friendly staff great service we ware even recommended to ah couple places to go eat at really Greta stay

We were so happy that we chose this hotel. I didn’t realize Super 8’s were this nice. Everything was in great shape, the staff was awesome! The gentleman who checked us in was very informative, friendly and professional. Room was very clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back. Thanks!

Very clean room easy access. Price for 2 adults 3 dogs was fair. Good location off the interstate.

We checked in yesterday evening, check in wasn't efficient but staff was polite about it. This morning, from 7-8am the whole building could hear front desk lady chatting with someone LOUDLY, unfortunately breakfast was served at a room right behind them, trying to listen to news or have a conversation our own was impossible.
830am we back to our room to plan our trip and pack our things up to be ready to check out, and without a knock house keep lady opened the door and looked at us like we shouldn't be there. She explained that our room number was on her list to clean.
Not impressed, not a great way to start our morning.
Rooms are clean, rather small compared to other super8 rooms.bed wasn't comfy.

We found the Super 8 in Lewistown to be an adequate overnight stay. The rooms could have been a little cleaner. When we brought a cleanliness issue to the clerks attention, the boy behind the desk was very helpful and he came in and did some cleaning for us to make it better immediately. We were impressed by this young man. The breakfast bar was good. Our favorite was the waffles.

Older hotel that still has the charm and friendliness of a small town experience. Yes, the hotel could use some updating, but this is still a fantastic place to catch some rest after a long drive.

Dog friendly (fee) and great front desk folks. No elevator to upper floors if that's a concern but rooms are quite nice for this type of hotel.

Hotel was a decent hotel for lower stars I only imagined what I was getting myself into. We checked in and the hotel was booked with one room left, which we got for around $100. The room wasn't bad seemed clean for the most part. The toilet sucked clogged up everything you used it. Not a bad place and I wouldn't say it was dirty either. The only disappointment was the breakfast it was just typical nothing made example oatmeal, ceral and microwavable eggs (you had to microwave).

We stayed at the Super 8 in Lewistown, MT last weekend. I don't write reviews, but wanted to give a "shout out" to Amanda. Thank you for being so very friendly and helpful! Keep up the good work!

Rooms are a little run down. Ran out of hot water trying to take a bath. Minimal toilet paper on the roll with no replacement in thw room.
Breakfast was 2 types of prepackaged pastries and small bottles of water.

Front desk was very helpful, rooms are clean and stocked, and they allow dogs! Great place for the price.

Awesome, if anything, the place needs maintenance. Bathroom toilet rocks side to side a little bit.

I stayed one night there. Checked out at 11am, noticed at 1: 00pm that I may have left my firearm in the room so called and was told nothing was left behind. Got home to Billings at 6: 30pm went through every bag I had and my pistol was not there. I knew I left it in the room but second guessed myself till I got home. Manager of the place was no help whatsoever. Beware of thieving employees at this place.

I was given a room that other people was in the guy at front desk was just awful Wasn’t given our normal rate that we pay at all Super 8’s. The bathtub wasn’t clean there was hair & grim all in it there was blood spots on the one bed…. But other than that the bed was comfortable

Stayed one night in September 2021. My room was clean, had everything it was supposed to have.
I believe the lady who checked me in was Sarah at about 9: 00 pm. She was very nice, I've got no complaints
