Place is filthy asked staff four times for new sheets, toilet was plugged spent and hour plunging it, then they ran my credit card three times in one day, overcharging me $420 told me it was for the taxes, curtains, lamp shades are stained, dogs pissing everywhere, staff all live there and look like it's Halloween year round, cops are there every other hour looking for convicts, management is pathetic you'd be better off sleeping in your car or pitching a tent in walmart parking lot, rooms aren't worth any more than $60 a night, breakfast is a joke, mattress looks like somebody gutted an elk on it, wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

We arrived during the heat of August, the air conditioner turned on but did not cool and the WIFI did not work. We could not connect despite multiple attempts, kept getting a certificate issue warning. The attendant said they frequently had problems with the WIFI. We had mold on the wall under the air conditioning unit and on the bathroom ceiling above the shower. We have made multiple attempts to contact the management since and they do not return our calls.

It was extremely overpriced. We have stayed here before and were satisfied with the price reflecting the quality. Other than having dog friendly rooms, I would not recommend it anymore.

We used this hotel due to it being a " bit" cheaper than elsewhere so didn't expect a top of the line experience. The rooms carpet was quite dirty in our opinion, we always walked in sandals while in the room. The hair dryer did not work. The exit door at the back of the hotel did not close properly, so anyone at any time of night likely would be able to enter the hotel. We did sleep comfortably in a clean and comfortable bed, the shower was great.

One word: dingy. The room was cleanish. The floors needed a sweeping and there were some rogue hairs in the bed sheets, but everything else was decent. The breakfast was great if you wanted to carb load: waffles, bagels, English muffins, cereal, and toast. At least they had a few apples and 1 orange available. There was also some yogurt. No other protein options. Fruit juice were also available. Not the best part of town.

If I could give this place a negative star rating I would. To say that it was bad was an understatement. While the staff was helpful and accommodating the rundown state of the rooms and building in general was terrible. Besides being way overpriced the place smells of cigarettes and mildew. To add to our annoyance the toilet was dwarf sized and the bed cover seemed like it was made of sandpaper. Pretty sure the bed itself was extremely old or just super cheap and uncomfortable. Bottom line this place charges way more than a smelly old room is worth. If you can stay elsewhere.

We needed sleep on a long trip so called ahead to book. Friendly representatives but we got to the room and it smelled like someone had just smoked crack in there and there were burn holes on the bedspread and stains. Front desk brought us a new one pretty quickly so that was good. Everything else seemed clean enough but come morning we realized whomever smoked that place out before we got there also stole or broke the coffee maker pitcher. Quick fix by getting coffee in the lobby. Oh well. Bed was comfy. Just wish the smell wasn't so strong in there given how much we paid for a room.

Do not recommend this property. The internet was down when we visited and the phone in our room did not work. If you’re going to charge over $200/night for a room you have to do A LOT better than this hotel.

Nicolas was an excellant customer service manager. He was always pleasant, effecient and helpful. He's a five star all the way. Recommend this hotel to anyone.

Can't really complain about the service or the location - neither were standout, and both were tolerable, if that says something.

But the overall feel of the hotel and room was super unfortunate. Just run down, in relative disrepair, and leaving you feeling dirty. Our specific room smelled like dirty feet upon entering, had stains all over the obviously overused carpet, and our feet kept sticking to the carpet. The beds were actually pretty comfy, and we felt really good about the linens, but the rest of the room really tainted the experience.

Overall, we've stayed at Super8's that offered a much higher level of quality and care than this one. Definitely expected more of a Wyndham property, budget or not.

Oh, and it was just insult to injury that we had just stayed in a fresh and very comfy Courtyard Marriott the night prior to our arrival for roughly HALF the price paid at the Super8. Different locations, supply and demand and all. But still, painful.

My room had a dirty towel left, no TP and not sure sheets had been changed. Zero protein choices at breakfast. Worst slow unsecure internet. Next to an extended stay low budget place. Halls were dirty. Clerks were nice and said trying to improve.

Really friendly, very accommodating. The front end manager Nicholas was truly a blessing. He went over and beyond to keep me and our ministry happy and feeling at home. We definitely will be staying at the Super 8 on brooks in Missoula, when we return!

I had to stay here in Missoula abruptly because of a car problem and they were very very accommodating. I had my dog and they accepted her with 0 problem. They helped me with late checkout two days in a row and helped me out with everything. Nicholas was a god send and was very understanding and helped me with the complications of my stay! I appreciate this place! A lot better than I thought and you can tell the management have been trying really hard to being this place up! Nicholas especially!

Priceline overbooked and when I got to check in I got put into a cheaper room in they're extended stay motel. It was definitely not like the main hotel and when I explained to him that I was not satisfied with my visit Clint and the manager Nicholas who was amazing refunded my stay. You have no idea what that meant to me you guys rock and I will definitely stay there again but int the main one.
