Employees acted entitled the entire time and made fun of me and other customers for using other phone companies. They also asked about internet speed and when I told them they laughed in my face because I don't have they highest internet speed possible. I highly don't recommend doing business here.

Go to the store on 19th. This one was awesome about 2 years ago when it was owned by the mobile source. Now that the mobile 1 operates it, it sucks. They treat there employees terribly and the management isn’t good.

I'd give it 5 stars if the didn't talk me into an iPhone. Never had one before. Don't care for it much. Too complicated for me. Everyone seems to like them though

The associates at this store have always been friendly & helpful. The experience is consistently far more positive than what we had grown accustomed to with Verizon.

Liam was extremely helpful, as well as the rest of the staff. He helped us save more than $100 per month switching from AT&T to T-Mobile. We couldn’t complete the switch that day due to AT&T’s 48-hour waiting period after paying off our phones with them, but Liam definitely sold us on switching!

This store was very unhelpful and they were just trying to sell me everything instead of just helping me upgrade a phone. When I asked the trade in value of my phone I was told it was $200 but as they started the transfer process I was then told it was only $130. They also tried to sell me a watch, tried selling me a more expensive phone despite me telling them multiple times the specific phone I wanted and asked me “so where are you going to get one then? ” when I didn’t want to buy a $60 silicon case. I ended up leaving without a new phone because I felt like the employees were just trying to get as much money out of me as they could rather than just helping me with what I wanted. I can respect the effort to attempt to sell me more however, when a customer clearly states what they want and says no to all your offers its time to back off. Very poor experience and I left the store extremely agitated.

My wife snd I wanted to change providers because we didn't like our previous one. We also were interested in new phones. Fortunately, the person greeting us as we entered the store was Liam! For the next hour he walked us through our options and transferring data from old phones to our new ones, including new phone numbers. Once we got home we decided to try using the Netflix subscription paid by T-Mobile. Because Liam had given us his contact information, he walked us through that process as well. You can't ask for a more helpful, courteous, honest and friendly salesperson.

First of all I want to state that Maysa hands down is one of the best customer service reps that any company, any location could have. I have been with Verizon through hell and back for 9 years. Not only did Verizon steal my money, they took brand new trade ins and continued to over charge and disconnect service. After months of waiting for Verizon to credit my account, and fix all their
issues, I finally hit my breaking point when I received a $5,000 bill. It was officially the time to check out other service providers. I officially contacted T-Mobile and Maysa answered the phone. She had an opening for an appt that day so we took it. From the moment we walked in the store, Maysa went above and beyond In a matter of minutes. She fixed every problem effectively and efficiently. She is hands down the best rep that I have ever dealt with in my life. It didn’t matter how busy the store was, she continuously helped everyone and never neglected any customer. She genuinely deserves a raise for all the hard work she continues to do, and for all the people she continues to help. T-mobile is amazing and I will never go back to Verizon. Every single thing that Maysa promised she delivered. Our Bill is almost half of what it was before and I have 10x more then I had at Verizon. If you are smart, ditch all the other service providers and go to T-mobile in Bozeman MT and ask for Maysa. You won’t regret it. Best Best Best store and employees.

After YEARS of frustration with AT&T we finally made the leap to T-Mobile. Why we waited for so long is beyond me (probably because we assumed the service wouldn't really be any better) but we are SO happy with both the service and with the Bozeman store and their help with getting everything transferred. Tommy H went above and beyond and made getting 7 lines transferred a painless process. He was quick to answer any questions we had and to follow up. Our monthly rate is lower than AT&T, the service is better, we get free Netflix and Apple TV, most of us ended up with new phones, and my only regret is not doing it years ago!

8/10/2023: Maysa and the crew there today were friendly, nice, cool, knowledgable, and professional. Thanks a million for the help with my phone problem *and* for helping make my experience there way better than last time!

~2021: Kyle - who said he was the store manager - gave me a confusing and less than helpful run around and was very unprofessional and rude. He tried to explain how the problems I was experiencing with my cell and my cell service were actually my and my family’s personal problems! Gross! I’ve had a number of good experiences with employees other than Kyle here before, but it’s too bad he was trying to pull whatever it is he was trying to pull today. TMobile Bozeman, I am lookin forward to the days when you do better!

I have been with this junky company since around a year and a half. I simply can summarize their services as one of the worst. Bad reception, terrible service, expensive, and worst customer service.

The staff at T Mobile is great but one sticks out above the rest and that Iliam he went above and beyond to get my wife and myself into a.plan with the most bang for the buck and still save us money. He then he worked answering all our questions and even tried to help my wife to get a program on her phone but could not get the program to transfer over from her old phone to her new one

Well my wife and I waited for two and half hours being told yes iPhone 14 on us is correct yes here’s my money oh wait never mind we need 600 dollars T-Mobile very unprofessional and man I hope we can find some other company to buy the contract out and put us in an iPhone 14 thanks for nothing and the hassle!

Thank you Kyle for going above and beyond to fix my issue. I spent a lot of time with tech support getting nowhere and after going into the store Kyle was great to get everything taken care of. Definitely recommend this store!
