Taco Bell, Billings MT

I ordered a beef taco and a chicken quesadilla yesterday, the taco was half empty and average. The quesadilla was so flat, there was just a spicy sauce inside, no cheese, and just a few little something that look like chicken! Worst quesadilla ever! What a waste of money

Very busy and very poor followup. I ordered and waited 20 min, after I noticed that people who ordered after me, I went and asked. There was a vox lunch on the counter, but the wrong name after petitioning several of your personnel, they determined that the mus named order was mine. NOT GOOD!

The Taco Bell on central turned its lights off in the middle of a long line of cars and said they were closed. I called over to the grand location and they said starting today they were open 24 hours. So the central location basically just didn’t want to serve the super long line of people and made a random decision to close when their website says they close at 2am. I was in line at 10: 30pm. Don’t go to this one, the grand location is much better at service, quality of food, and integrity. Horrible customer service

The taco bell on central is absolute garbage. After waiting in the drive thru for literally 28 to 30 mins.that's not an exaggeration by the way. I asked the lady at the window to repeat my order back which she did. She was probably the only competent worker there. I asked her if they were short handed to which she replied no. So I asked if it was machine error or there was some issue to which she said ya a people issue. I saw three employees just standing around with ther thumbs up the @$$ and when I finally got home they got almost everything in my order incorrect.stay away from taco bell on central.

The person who took our order didn't understand what I was saying and then when I got to the pick up window, I was asked if I wanted a drink carrier for my drinks and replied yes and the crew member started to hand me my drinks 1 by 1 and then I had to say I need my drink carrier and the guy was not happy I was asking for it

Decided to order on the app since we all wanted the online exclusive box. We chose to pickup the order in the inside. We immediately clicked we're there and the app said our order has been started. We ended up sitting there 15 minutes waiting for the order to actually be started. We had to ask at the counter about it and learned they hadn't even started it yet. I guess the drive thru was getting bumped up ahead of us in the queue for a while. In total, it was 25 minutes before we recieved our order. To make this matter even worse the food sucked. My chalupa was hard and very dry. The hardshell taco I had also ordered was so soggy the insides started to fall out as I started to lift it up. In all I wouldn't recommend eating at this Taco Bell.

Anytime i go to taco bell i get a doritos shell by itself to munch on. Ive never once had an issue ordering it until today at this taco bell, that i actually use to be a manager at last year. The guy was extremely rude and just said no my manager said no. Its a flipping dorito shell, i wouldve even let them ring up the taco and take out the toppings even tho theres a button for for my dorito shell. Rude. Never coming again ill save my money.

I walked into Taco Bell and gave them my item order and they never told me there was going to be a long wait. I had to leave before getting my food because I had to go to work and there was too many customers at the counter for me to ask a staff member to get my hard earned money back. Not nice!

They were very busy. They forgot half of my order, I had to reorder one purt, and remind them to give me the other half. I can't get upset because I've been been there, in thier shoes when I was 17 years old. I will still go there.

Well for one it's the only place open late nights anymore with that said obviously there's nothing like a steak Chalupa Supreme late at night weather you have the extreme Weed munchies and you need to take a break from the new Call of Duty that you have spent the last 18hrs straight on cause you can't get a Girlfriend cause all you talk about or do revolves around Call of Duty. Or you do have a girlfriend and you and her have been out clubbing and now you have to hurry up to get a bit more sober so that you don't have any unfortunate hardware malfunctions when you get back to the Crib.either way Taco Bell is a Good send at 2am and I for one applaud and Salute the great and powerful Employee's who put up with all the Karen's and drunk Brandon's out there and show up to work so I can get a quick bit before heading to my destination. Thank you Taco Bell, and thank you employees.your presence is not gone unnoticed keep it up.many of us unworthy toads are truly greatful.oh and Taco Bell executives. Bring back the Enchirito. What were you thinking the world may never know lol!

Food was good! I ordered at the "kiosk" and put in my email address for a receipt but I didn't receive anything. Not a big deal, but it would have been nice to have a receipt to verify that my order was accurate. Quick service. Seemed a little expensive at $18 for 6 tacos.

I had a mishap of my own fault on my order. They happily helped us. They were very friendly and nice. Excellent customer service. Thank y’all so much for being so nice and remaking our order

They always forget to give me the hot sauce I ask for and they give me the worng order. But I eat everything there. It's all good

Welcome to Taco Bell the home of explosive bowel movements for decades. The food all tastes the same and is never exiciting. However for some reason there are days when it just huts the spot and is all that is wanted, I suspect its mother natures way of keeping you regular. The particular shop was somewhat clean. The guy taking orders was very friendly. In truth way to happy to be there which was refreshing.

Ordered four meal deals today. The main entree's each included crunchy tacos. That was good. However, consistently in the last two years, the spicy level has significantly increased. In Jan 2020, the crunch wrap was too spicy to finish, later in 2020 tried the cheesy gordito crunch, replied no on the sauce. In 2021 I tried the chicken quesadilla, too spicy to finish. Gave another chance to the cheesy gordito crunch in 2022, and finally today could only get down half the chicken quesadilla with copious amounts of water. The last two years have been a significant departure from previous years (2000-2016) when the menu was more flavorful, less heat. Consistently the menu has more heat and less flavor.

This is a typical Taco Bell, though the service times are a bit slow.

Staff is clearly in a high stress environment which I observed while eating in the lobby.

Expect crew to mispronounce your name, but your order will be accurate (most of the time).

Staff may loiter in the lobby to observe you. Much to my discomfort, it felt like eating in a zoo but I was the animal.

Drive through is a typical T bell experience.

This Taco Bell is horrible. I consistently get cold food. I once ordered and they had ran out of beef. Instead of asking if we wanted something else made us wait a long time for the beef. This last time I ordered they ran out of pink lemonade and without asking switched our drink. They always seem to be out of something or have cold food.

Pretty good place to eat. They don't always get our orders right but it is a fast food place. I would just double check everythings there before heading off.

Decent breakfast burrito. Maybe a little stingy on the fillings. Quick service, nice helpful crew members on this visit.

My husband and I ordered hard and soft shell tacos and a couple of burritos. The food was okay, but there was hardly any meat in any of the items. In addition, the sauce in the prepared items was different than usual. I always get the pintos and cheese - they were very good.
