The most aggravating part is the food is good. But the staff just doesn't care. I sat on hold for 15 minutes, because I was trying to order off uber. These geniuses name breakfast burritos things like the hypogryff, and that it. How are we supposed to guess what 12 ingredients are in these items. But it's a fairly good breakfast burrito, untill you find out your allergic to spinach or peanuts, or whatever that weird purple berry you wouldn not expect in a breakfast burrito. But you have no idea because they don't describe any of their items, rhen when you call for clarification they just say can you hold for a minute, and leave you on hold for 30 minutes while they are happy rhe phone can't ring any more because your taking up the line. It's better if your eating there, which is nice, but not all of us have a working body thst makes going out for breakfast possible. So if you have working legs and want something interesting, just go into the store, cause otherwise their service is absolutely trash

Quality has gone way down. I would describe my burrito as more of a wrap because it was refrigerator cold and I don’t think anything in it was cooked, raw vegetables and cheese was not melted.
Tots on the other hand were melted together into one giant supertot, but also cold.
Very disappointing

Used to be one of my favorite places for lunch, service has gone way down. Got rid of punch cards for 5$ off through a points system. Was just there and was told they don't have a way to redeem the 5$ off yet, even though the new system has been in place for a couple months now. Staff always seem inconvenienced been in multiple time and been charged more than what the menu says cause they changed the price but not the menu. Not worth the price anymore

Some of the younger employees seem to hate themselves, as a result, this place went downhill. Used to be really good though!

I order from door dash and my food arrived cold (not dasher fault) the tater tots were amazing (after i heated them) and the lime cilanto sauce scrumptious. The chips we nice and thick yummy BUT the pineapple Pico salsa was bland with little of no pineapple not good at all, plus If i order chips and salsa I should have to pay extra for salsa. Hope my next order goes better.

Very disappointed, loved this place the staff has changed and they don’t seem to even like their customers the food was AWFUL spent 26$ to throw it all away. Grease stained the bag was leaking from the burrito which was wrapped in foil bread was so soggy smelt awful. I hope they can switch things around and get a cool stuff and great burritos back cause this ain’t it baby

I feel like it is no secret that the quality of Sano has gone down over the years. I used to eat here all the time but since covid the food quality hasn't seemed to recover. Today I tried ordering two breakfast burritos. Got them. They were alright. Until I pulled a huge hair running almost the length of half the burrito out of one of them. Feels like the final nail in the coffin for me eating here ever again. Which is a shame. This place used to be great.

Second time I’ve been in there, and the same young girl is working. Extremely rude! Horrible attitude. Doesn’t offer a cheese, veggies, or any salsas… the guy at the register offers me a side of cheese and veggies. As if I’m supposed to unroll the burrito I paid 15 dollars for and put it on myself?
These two experiences were enough to not return again. Thanks for the dry, overpriced burrito yet again. Won’t be back and won’t recommend to any other patrons.

WARNING: Don't order anything containing shrimp!

You would think that a place that charges you $12 per lone burrito would be better than Taco Bell, right? Nope. An entire burrito was ruined by shrimp that smelled rotten and tasted fishy. Made me gag when I first took a bite. Let's hope I didn't get food poisoning.

Picked up a lunch order for my crew and the food was ready and wonderful and the staff was great! They greeted every person who came in to order. They were quick and very efficient. So appreciated!

Good tasting food. But, my tips are only 15-20% due to the Dirty grill and Sloppy atmosphere. Makes me wonder what goes on behind the line. Tips would be doubled if better standards were executed
