Terri messed up our 2019 taxes so bad we had to hire a forensic investigator an irs attorney she didn’t give us employee paid tax credit we ended up paying 30,000$ for the tax year and after having it audited they owed us 5700 for fed and 1700 for state stay away from this company they cost us well over 60,000$ at this point.they shared information at a later time after being fired to help an employee gain settlement off us… we had to hire a firm who does corporate taxes to fix the 2019 year it was so bad… just a sad mess really stay away unless you make the kind of money that this won’t wreck your business…

TaxPlus is a decent company with friendly, helpful, and knowledge staff. They are easy to talk with and help in any way they can. I have been with TaxPlus since about 2019 and have incountered no major problems. Any small issues that arise are discussed and resolved in a satisfactory manner.

We have been with Tax Plus for over a decade, and we have no plans to go anywhere else! Our taxes are always done properly, and the payment options are great!

If I could select 0 stars, I would. They hire incompetent people with no experience. Many mistakes were caught on my account by me. The owner did not make any effort to rectify and when the employee continued to make mistakes, they continued to have her do my bookkeeping. What's worse, is after I fired them, they continued to file things with the IRS that I told them I would do myself. They charged me $1,000 just for adding some categories in quickbooks! I've done this myself and it's not difficult and it does not take as much time as they claimed it took. They are not even certified CPA'S! I was with them for a year and they still didn't get to understand my business when I left them. The most important part! Do not give them your business, they will not work for yours!
