Teriyaki Madness reviews
17We have ordered ‘to go’ a few times from their app. There is no sign of teriyaki on the teriyaki chicken. They don’t give any extra sauce on the side. Chicken has been dry the last few times. The portions are small compared to the price in my opinion. The eggrolls are about the best thing on the menu. We’ve given up though. Will not continue to support this business.
I got a large orange chicken, it took almost 20 minutes though there was nobody in line and nobody waiting for their food. I paid $15 for the “LARGE” and below you can see barely any chicken for what is considered large.saw two employee standing on their phone texting in the kitchen and the wait was 20 minutes. I won’t be back. Food taste was mediocre, not worth the money or wait
The food is decent, but really really need to speed up wait times for people. Do not recommend going here if you are on a time crunch. You don't get much meat for the price. It's mostly cabbage- "vegetables" & rice. Staff was very friendly. Place could use a cleaning though.
I ordered a salmon teriyaki bowl with noodles and veggies.
My “veggies” were only cabbage and onion. I found one piece of broccoli tucked away in there. When my husband went to pick up the order, there was so much drama with the staff that it took an extra 25 minutes to get our order to go.
I ordered two sides of extra sauce that were missed, I’m guessing in the midst of the drama behind the counter. Definitely expect more for $16/bowl.
I'm wondering how they can have "teriyaki" in the name, all I got was blackened chick, which I do not like, with 2 tiny cups of what appeared to be a quarter teaspoon in each of a sauce of some kind. I will not recommend or go back there again.
I love Teriyaki Madness (TM), but this location has some work to do. The cashier, though friendly, needs to understand customer food must stay in the warmer and not stashed under the counter. The lady that looked like the manager needs to better understand customers' body language. When a customer is disappointed, respond appropriately. As for the cooks, the veggies are supposed to be cooked, not tossed in sauce and plated. Steam them using a dome lid or something similar. The store is tiny! The door is broken and doesn't close. This literally looks like a school project. Who is the manager and why isn't he/she onsite? If that was the manager, maybe corporate needs to get involved.
Dealt with an unusual coupon professionally, kindly and appropriately. Always a positive attitude and a customer friendly atmosphere.
Portions are bad for the price
They don’t know how to do there veg very raw and crunchy.
I'm pretty picky when it comes to noodle bowls like these, but they do not disappoint! Great quality and flavor, will definitely be back!
This place is New and boy it's Good! My son told me about since I love teriyaki so we tried it, I highly recommend.
So the first impression and experience we had with this place we had a very accomodating cashier, the cooks were busy and the place was jam packed. And despite being ultra busy the quality of the food didn't suffer.
We ordered Teriyaki Madness online through doordash tonight for 3 people, 2 with veggies and 1 without. They all had veggies. The veggies were all undercooked. The one that had extra meat had less veggies than everything else. There was /water/ at the bottom of all the bowls. The teriyaki sauce thats in the cups werent sealed properly and spilled all over the utensils and the trays.
I'm really let down by the experience I had here. Where was the quality and consistency I had the first time? My first impression also happened while they were unloading a truck, too. So they were working doubletime to fill orders and restock the back of house.
Not to mention the delivery fee is outrageous through doordash as well for the food that we got. My entire household is not satisfied. We live on the other side of town, too.
Can't really say i'll be coming back here after this. And I love asian food, too.
Teriyaki Madness makes very excellent and tasty food. I regularly order the Chicken Katsu. However, TM has a problem with managing the load of orders. In my opinion, they put too much importance on online orders. The IN PERSON experience is destroyed because of it. A walk-in customer can expect to wait 20 to 30 minutes for a single order. This is bottlenecked by online orders. The perspective and atmosphere that this style of service creates is negative to anyone that is standing or sitting IN PERSON. Its clear that quantity of orders is a greater focus over quality of service. The food is delicious and thats about all they have going for them so far.
Literally my new favorite! I love bowls, this is just what we needed 2 blocks from our house.highly recommend giving them a try! Just order to go because the place is so small and claustrophobic.best chicken eggrolls ive ever had too.good portions.not gonna lie, im fat and even the junior size fills me up!
Was really having high hopes for this place. Unfortunately the food was extremely overcooked and barely edible. The cashier was friendly, outgoing and helpful with the menu. There were many flies flying around and we did notice staff taking out the trash and then heading back into the kitchen without washing hands. Hoping they can workout these kinks and learn from the feedback.
Not sure what the hype was but it was decent. The employees were very busy but did such a great job handling everything. It's a small place so don't expect to dine in.
Waited for my food for almost 45 minutes as I watched people come in and leave in about 10 minutes, food was good but horrible service, you guys are worth the food but not the wait, you guys are NOT at a good start
This place has wayy too many workers standing in one space, the cashier wasn’t even welcoming the atmosphere is so loud/ chaotic. I felt like everyone there could be more welcoming, the food is okay but that’s just my opinion
