The Antler Lodge, Gardiner MT

We stayed from9/5 through 9/8. The room was clean, bed very comfy, breakfast was good and front desk staff friendly and helpful. We didn't read the sign about room cleaning on the third day, but it didn't matter.if we needed/wanted anything, the staff was extremely accommodating. Our ""view" was of the pizzeria across the way, but for the time we spent in the room, it didn't really matter. Walking distance to downtown Gardiner and minutes from the YNP's north entrance. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

A typical lodge, the rates are high due to high season. Parking is a challenge during high season as we could not find a spot.

My daughters and I had a terrible experience at this hotel. First we were given a room with someone already in it. Needless to say they were very upset when we walked in thinking the room was empty. We were then offered a suite in compensation which they then reneged on. When we finally got our room it smelled bad and had a strange smell coming from the bathroom. Within an hour of being at the hotel my daughters complained that they were getting itchy from the beds and they all developed a rash. I would NEVER advise staying here! They refused to give us our money back so that we could go stay somewhere else. We ended up leaving anyways and finding a different hotel.

Stayed here for a week. Nice rooms. Sign in the room says it will be cleaned on fourth day but ours never was. No big deal for us we got clean linens from the desk. Breakfast was decent we just wish after a week they would occasionally change it (same thing every day). Overall would stay again

Lovely hotel located at the North entrance of Yellowstone.
The staff was very professional, rooms cleans and spacious. You have the opportunity to do your laundry at each floor. Breakfast was OK.

For dinner, there are plenty of restaurants in the area where you can fully experience Gardiner’s vibe.

You will probably get to see some deer family across town.

This was a beautiful hotel with a beautiful room. I wish we would have stayed more than 1 night here than staying inside Yellowstone park. Ceiling fan in the room was a nice touch. Would definitely book again to visit Yellowstone.

Love the breakfast option especially the scrambled egg. Its the softest scrambled egg I ever had.

We went there for dinner. The Elk Meatloaf sandwich is great. And getting to see the elk this close also fun.

This hotel is at the entrance of Yellowstone, a little taste of the West. Their restaurant is also a delight

We planned a week in and around Yellowstone Park and the adventure started in Gardiner. Gardiner sits at the North entrance to the Park so we chose to stay at the Antler Lodge. The Hotel is older and in need of renovation but has a certain charm that makes up for the difference. The rooms are smaller, window air conditioners, and small restaurant and pub located on site. This town is only open around 6 months out of the year. So, this is a great choice if your visiting Yellowstone or Montana or Wyoming.

Clean place, courteous service, elevator, close to Yellowstone Park, close to a varied market

The rooms here are OK. They were clean with decent furniture. However, the walls are quite thin and you will hear your neighbors. Also we heard every time our upstairs neighbor flushed the toilet. Kinda gross.

The breakfast offered every morning is also just mediocre (sausage looks it was steamed or microwaved - a sad little grey disk of meat). The coffee is good.

The price you pay for a room will be mainly for the location and ease of access to Yellowstone, not the amenities.

We did not stay at this facility so I cannot speak to the quality of the rooms. We tried twice to eat there and it seemed like we were more of a bother than a potential customer.

Cute place with a great restaurant on site. Easy to walk to river and general store. Short drive from Roosevelt entrance to YSNP.

We have a large room and really like it. Exceptional night service. Typical breakfast for a hotel but friendly staff. Beautiful restaurant area and great views.
