The Barn on Mullan, Missoula MT

We had our reception at The Barn in November 2023. Because it was a winter wedding, the outdoor spaces of the venue didn’t get used as much, but I can imagine that a summer wedding at this venue is amazing. Leading up to the day, Delaney and Alex were absolute rock stars, answering all my questions and tracking all the choices we landed on. They had great vendor suggestions, which were appreciated since we are not local. The Barn provides a “welcome package” document, which lists preferred vendors, FAQs, and has a very helpful planning timeline, and other useful info. This was my planning guide and I really appreciated the thought they put into it. Scotty was our day-of venue coordinator and he was awesome. He was super friendly and easy to work with, and I knew I didn’t need to worry about any details because he had it handled. The event staff were great, the food was excellent (grilled petite tender, thank me later), and the rustic vibe of The Barn was exactly what we wanted. A big selling point for me was that The Barn provides setup and takedown. Not having to worry about assigning these tasks to someone was great and made our day that much easier. I would absolutely recommend The Barn.

Very nice venue. The building is situated overlooking a golf course with rolling green hills. There's plenty of room to dance, eat, and relax with family and friends for weddings, anniversaries, or anything you dream up. I recently was there for a beautiful wedding. The food was excellent and it was so nice to be able to share a wonderful day in a great place.

What a beautiful wedding venue. The staff is amazing, and the facility is spectacular. The restrooms come with sitting space and a very comfortable layout.

We were fortunate to get married at this venue yesterday. The ladies at the Barn were incredible! They listened to your specific needs and communicated promptly. They really put a lot of work into everything. Also, very kind staff the day of! I would definitely recommend this venue because of how much they offer in their packages. I attended my sister's wedding reception here as both her sister and her Day-Of Wedding Coordinator.

I can't thank this team enough for being so friendly, so well seasoned, and so thoughtful about providing a smooth reception experience that guests raved about. Brandy and Delaney asked all pertinent questions leading up to the wedding, were familiar with the plans we'd made for the reception flow-of-events, and, together with their team, gave me the luxury of being a guest at my sister's wedding. Each time I would touch base with this team about next reception event (i.e. Cake cutting), they were already in motion and ready.

They took initiative when needed, they were ready to assist at any moment, and they ran the wedding reception with absolute ease. Despite being busy with many events, they did an exceptional job of devoting their undivided attention to this one and I am sincerely grateful.
