Took my kid’s secondhand bike in to get help with the tires. They were very generous with their time and very nice. Not a big bike family, but will be going there for our bike needs.

I experienced a mechanical problem while riding the Great Divide. Matt and his team worked me in and got me back on the trail within one hour. They had the parts in stock an extremely knowledgeable group of mechanics. Highly recommend!

A+ shop run by folks who love to bike, work on bikes, and care about people. Conveniently located near the Quarry Brew pub in the renovated Grand Hotel from Butte's heyday. Just be sure to note their service hours, as they are limited.

Bought a Santa Cruz sight unseen from this shop. Sara was extremely easy to work with, and delivered exactly what she said she would. I don't live in Butte, but if I did I'd make it a point to make Derailed my shop.

Great Shop,

My son is a big guy, on his way to being a bigger guy. We brought his bike into Matt with a broken front brake. He could have fixed it, but instead honestly told us my son had already outgrown his bike of two years. So we gave the bike to a friend and fortunatly found a adult sized bike from a pawn shop.

I truly appreciate Matt calling it for what it was. My son is not a bike enthuasiast, yet. He didnt try to oversell me into a 1000.00 dollar bike for a twelve year old who just wants to go the library and to a park with his friends.

He's got our business for all repairs and if my children ever do need a pro bike.
