This flower shop helped me tremendously. I was dealing with an unexpected death in my family and the staff here went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. Incredibly grateful.

I chose this florist for an important flower order and delivery. Unfortunately, I was extremely dissatisfied with the arrangement that was delivered to the hospital. I would have never known what the arrangement that was delivered looked like unless the recipient had sent me a photo. After trying to reach out to this company, I recieved no response. They provided a generic and completely not as advertised floral arrangement. I wanted to support a local business, but was very disappointed. Especially since after several days of reaching out to them and letting them know of my negative experience, they have still not responded. If you are looking for a local florist, maybe consider a different floral business. Not okay.

Called on short notice, from another state, earlier in the day, they not alone made an amazing arrangement, but had it delivered in just a few hours. Really made my friends birthday special, will definitely use again!

The roses, my goodness - are gorgeous and smell so wonderful. I honestly felt like I had never seen a rose before these, and I grew up with rose bushes outside our house!

My fiancé had flowers delivered to the office for me - a dozen roses from The Floral Cottage! It was a surprise, but the whole experience was outstanding. The deliverer had the happiest, most excited look on her face when she handed me the flowers, even though I'm sure I looked out of my mind confused.
Its been 6 days and the roses still look great and smell like roses.

What outstanding talent you have. The gift of creative happiness is rare these days. You have mastered this art. This beautiful creation was created for my mother-in-law who is very Irish and loves green the whole month of March, her birthday falls on leap year so this was a perfect gift for her to enjoy. We placed our order from Pocatello Idaho, the planter was delivered the same day with more beauty than expected. Please pass on your gift to another who enjoys peoples happiness and in there own. The store was outstanding! I ordered online for a friend that was having a bad week, and forgot she had moved. The staff still got the flowers to her at the correct address, on time, and they looked fantastic! I will definitely order from here any time I need flowers in this area.

Ordered a sympathy arrangement for same day delivery. Recipient did not get the arrangement. Tried contacting the business and call went to voicemail stating they are out of the office until March! Contacting the BBB.

These flowers were PERFECT. My best friend moved to Helena, MT.so I had flowers delivered for her birthday to her office. I received a personal follow up email, spoke to someone on the phone who was so pleasant, and the flowers were delivered on the day (only 1 day after placing) and were absolutely perfect.

I never leave a review but I had such a great experience ordering flowers for my aunt’s birthday. The woman on the phone was sweet and helpful and when I asked for some substitutions on flowers, she gave some great recommendations. They delivered same day even though it was short notice. My aunt was so impressed and they are still going strong even after week! Thanks so much
