The Home Depot, Great Falls MT

Workers are lazy and their equipment is always broke, they don’t know when it’ll be fixed either. Found this out after they made me wait for 20 min because the guy wouldn’t get out of his chair to check himself and two of the workers straight up ignored me multiple times. Very disappointing place

Hard to find someone to help you find the odd items you don't know where to look for them, but they do seem to have what you need

It's sad really because home Depot doesn't really have a competition here to make sure they are staying on top of what makes a great home Depot. If you had someone stand outside the exit and just interview people of hey why did you choose to come to this store and not another store I bet a lot of people would say positive well this was my only option or I didn't have another choice. I'm in a bind and can't drive to Helena to go to Lowes. Most of my experience when interacting with the workers here is complete avoidance. Seems like I would ruin the rest of anyone's day just to ask a simple question. I've even been told to check the app for a location of a product. The problem is this store is a dead zone for most phone carriers and I only came in for a certain thing and I didn't want to have to think about how I messed up and picked the wrong phone carrier while standing in the middle of home Depot waiting for some kind of service to find a product.

I don't know how the floor staff know where everything is right on the spot, im always impressed. Makes shopping, which is a stressful event for me, easy peasey mac n cheesy.

What is this contract when you are buying a product and taking it home with you. You are buying it and taking it with you so there should not be a contract to sign. This is pointless will not be buying anything that is a big purchase item any more from them.

Customer service sucked, the check out clerk and the employee by the door dept station. Both young guys. Ck out clerk barely acknowledged me as a paying customer. Did not even speak to me. The other disappeared when I went to find what I wanted and couldn't.

Most of the time they have what I'm looking for. Always stop here first.

Getting lots of ideas while picking up Halliween yard ornaments. I'm thinking about doing more to make the property I work on better, safer, and a little more modern.

What can I say about the Home Depot. They have everything I need. The staff is helpful and friendly. I can always find what I need there.

Lack of knowledge and interest from employees. Found what we needed elsewhere. Waste of time.

Needed help and had no trouble finding someone. He took me all over the store to get the items that I needed for my project.

Not really happy with this store. Took forever to find out the item I came in for was not even there. Purchased a new Dewalt small angle grinder. Got it home and discovered why the box was taped shut. The wrench needed to remove the wheel was not in the box. Not driving 60 miles to get an $8.00 tool. The lady at tge pint counter was super helpful in attempting to find the primary item I needed. Too bad the guys in flooring were too busy and short in answering my questions.
So if you get a box there and it is taped shut make them open it at the check out to make sure everything is included

I have a horrible experience with home depot. I ordered a 0 turn Cub cadet lawn mower online. They sent me the wrong lawn mower And said we had to reorder and wait another 30 days. We are having them take it back we live in Great Falls Montana and we found that still power pro has the exaxt same model in stock and 400 dallars cheaper. Home depo is a joke.

Great store in GF, store has everything you need. Was asked if I needed help by a couple of workers. One of the workers helped me with getting the brand new mower I bought. Never got his name because right after helping me he went to help another cashier and shopper. Plenty of parking and friendly smiles to go around. Heck if you need to speak to someone nice, stop by and say hello to someone there. Bonus: if you're military get the HD app, when you are checking out scan the barcode for the discount. Fast and easy!
