The Montana Club Restaurant, Kalispell MT

This restaurant is amazing from the moment we walked in the door to when we left. Your greeted as soon as you walk in, we were able to be seated right away, our waiter was awesomesauce, he took our drink order & food order, informed us that it was happy hour BOGO Free mmmmm yes please. Our salads were fresh and tasty & well let's just say there wasn't alot of chatting during our dinner. I was however disappointed that I had no room for the Huckleberry Creme Brule I was looking forward too. The good thing is the hubby liked it so much we will be going back again tomorrow, this time I will have something less filling and get my Huckleberry Creme Brule

$34 for steak Oscar that looked like trash. The crab looked like it was literally just spooned out of a can and plopped on the side. The asparagus was tiny, the almond rice had carrot strings in it (inexplicably) and was not good. The steak was the only decent thing on the plate but even that was unevenly grilled.

Seems they have a new cook that is trying to look professional but failing miserably. What a disappointment, the previous three visits were pretty good.

Most excellent dining experience. Birthday deal is great. Our meal was tasty and came quick to us. Loved it and will return.

The Steak Oscar was so, so good! Service was speedy. BOGO drinks until 6: 00. Large sized happy hour appetizers. No complaints!

I enjoyed my dinner here. Upon a recommendation from our server, I had a sirloin steak with mushrooms and garlic mashed potatoes. I didn't catch the name of it.

I have always loved this place. Great food, friendly and efficient service in a nice setting. My only disappointment recently is that they have dropped the gluten free bun from the menu. Might not visit again as a result.

We come here offten and it never disappoints! The food is great! The service is good too. There is almost always a long wait time but absolutly understandable why. It is always busy, and rightfuly so. It is our favorite place in Kalispell.

Can’t order online, and nobody answer’s the phone. If you do go in person and order it’s missing or has the wrong items. I used to eat here a lot it’s a shame to see what it has become. The food can be really good. If you’re willing to wait for a table (30-45 minutes) you will most likely have a better experience then I have over the last year or so.

Daughter had a burger which was amazing. I had blackened prime rib sandwich. Tasted good but meat was chewy. Our waitress gave us phenomenal service. Will go back.

People rave about The Montana Club and to me it is just okay. One might even say it is just meh. I will say that the Chicken Fried Steak is fantastic however I didn't have that on this visit. On this visit I got the tenderloin filet steak and asked for it to be cooked to medium. When my steak arrived it was more of a medium rare to rare. I ended up leaving steak on my plate and I never do that. My dog got a really treat after my last visit. My wife got the seafood pesto pasta and didn't eat it. The shrimp were overcooked and she couldn't find any other seafood in the dish. She mentioned a weird taste and pushed it away. We took it home and it ultimately went into the garbage. I will not hurry back to The Montana Club.

By far a favorite of my husbands! Sea food is a must when dining here. Service is excellent. Wait times are totally reasonable.

It’s was really busy when we arrived. They have a great system that’s texts you when they are ready to seat you. The wait was shorter than what they estimated. I was really really proud of the staff who despite how busy it was did a great job! My hamburger was perfectly cooked! And our waitress was attentive & never missed a water refill?

Ordered a ribeye and got what I think was a sirloin.
If not, then the driest ribeye I ever had. Don't get me wrong, it was a good steak, but I know a ribeye

In A Nutshell:

-The Montana Club is a nice homey restaurant located in Kalispell.
-The interior is huge & very nicely decorated, you feel like you are entering a large cabin.
-The bison burger was what I had to try, it came out tasting very good.
-The service is nice & friendly too.

Overall, if you want to experience a hometown Montana vibe, come eat here.

Nice looking restaurant and bar. Food was excellent as were the drinks. I really enjoyed the Bison Ribeye. Cooked perfect. Appetizers hit the spot. Great menu overall. Our entire table loved their selections.

Use to love it here, now the staff in the casino aren't too friendly. The kitchen staff and waitresses were amazing though

After a long day in Glacier Park. We are looking for a good place for dinner around Kalispell and visited this restaurant by seeing reviews. This place is busy but waitress got us table immediately. She is very friendly, helpful and professional. Ambience is very good. We ordered many items on the menu all are very fresh and tasty. Especially The cowboy burger is the best, Chicken wings they are so tender and amazing a must try and meat ball Spaghetti is so good. Special mention of the drinks. If you want to taste some amazing food do visit this place. I highly recommend it.

Great food.the ribs were some of the best I have had! But the pumpkin skillet for dessert was the most amazing pumpkin sweet stuff for sure!

Club sandwich was huge. Hard to mess that up, so I can't say how the rest of the food was. Service was pretty quick and friendly.

Nice atmosphere and very friendly hard working staff. The menu is huge so be prepared to peruse for your selection. The soup was delicious and my coffee cup was never empty. That's a huge plus for me. The rest of the group raved about their meals. The portion size is very generous. I would definitely return again.
