So many packages, now a days, are returns. Normally the only times I even go into a shipping center, Im simply dropping off a prelabeled item. I stood in line 27 minutes, to drop of a prepaid and labeled envelope. It is such a waste of a customer's time, to not have a designated drop point. It also leads to line congestion and frustration. At usps, there is a drop box or counter that is specifically designated for this quick drop and go.

These guys rock! This location is always busy and their employees are kind, professional, and efficient no matter how long the line. I've had a couple complicated print orders here and have been super impressed with the results, Jaynie is the best! Thanks guys!

Honestly cannot stand UPS as a company. The employees are just victims who need jobs.

But UPS MY CHOICE never works. Their app is dogsh*t and so is their website.

Staff was very courteous and helpful. My only complaint was the signage of where to enter. Other than that I'd have given 5 stars.

TERRIBLE customer service. Consistently losing packages we drop off or not scanning them in until days later. Terrible customer service reps. Terrible location to get in and out with all the UPS trucks blocking you in or out. Rude management and staff and zero helpfulness from anyone there. Terrible company needs to be shut down. Response from the "owner" I was following your rules. You and your staff are terribly incompetent and I would rather drive up the hill to drop my items off at the UPS shipping center. Your store is terrible.

HORRIBLE customer service! Amazon told us to come to THIS UPS Store and they refused our item saying it was too big and they don't work for Amazon and they don't work for ups. Even after we called ahead and specifically asked of they would take it. Freaking ridiculous and now I can't return my item and won't get refunded. I will never spend a penny at this business!

A "line forms here" sign could be hanging lower from the ceiling and a free standing sign stating the same could be moved slightly left to catch the customer's eyes. I believe customers want to follow directions and don't want to be publicly scolded for not seeing the signs. This would cause less frustration and stress for the employee with long dark hair whose tone reflected that frustration with me not seeing the signs.

Don't use UPS they lose your package and their customer service number is absolute garbage. The location itself is hard to access and you wait forever in line to send a package in the first place. The employees themselves are nice but the overall company does a horrible job and has no decent customer service. Called to get my money back and was told they were working on a refund and asked for my number to call me back when it was done. When I called back 1 week later she didn't remember even speaking to me and had started NO paperwork whatsoever. Then told me she wouldn't fully refund me and what I was getting "is out of the kindness of her heart". No mame giving me my money back when the company she represents did not give me the service I paid for is not a charity. Its integrity in business. FedEx is up by the airport. It was 2 dollars to ship with them and the package arrived as promised. Don't waste your time.
