We stayed at hotel for the night this past Sunday. Went down to restaurant, sat down at 8pm and were immediately told that our supper would be 45-60mins, that’s a crazy long wait for supper, the restaurant wasn’t even half full,
We called a pizza place down the road to see how long to deliver to the hotel, the owner of place said they would not deliver to this hotel, what if we wanted pizza! It’s not on this menu!
We had little choice but order, meal came at 9, my chicken fried steak was well done, and the food was all Luke warm! Needless to say we won’t stop there again!

SAW ADD IN NEWSPAPER FOR father's day lunches buffet at a certain price.by the time we order.the buffet menu changed.from bbque ribs to chopped pork or beef.to mashed potatoes and beets.plus saLad bar.of only Brussels sprouts. And beets.and a few vegetables.my husband deserves better.what a disappointment! We are frequents diners a week. I called it a Father's day slop.
I couldn't order that so I ordered Italian noodles with side and it just had chicken with Brussel sprouts plain. W/ SIDE DINNER SALAD.husband ate the dinner special. I ate only diner salad! His special price 18.oo mine plate was 19.00! I call this bad management with the cooks substitute the last minute.will NOT return their again!

Pretty chill spot to grab a burger and fries watch the game and wash it all down with a cold beer.

Had the buffalo chicken wrap, gave me food poisoning, will definitely not be eating here again. Was puking out both ends for 2 full days after eating this.

The Wood has taken care of our needs for many years. Great food and fresh made pies and soups too.

We had a great time, great food and incredible service. I wish I would have caught the waitress's name, but she was incredible, funny, and super sweet, and so was the man she was working with.

Nice restaurant. We all loved our food. Who would have thought Buffalo Chicken Mac and cheese would be so delish!

Yummmmm! When traveling with my daughter, it's hard to find gluten free, celiac safe restaurants. These guys did a good job. We altered her order to make the food safe for her, and there was no problem with cross contamination making her sick.

Quiet, efficient, clean, quick service, and relaxing. Good was delicious. Refills available.

Food is okay but beware the servers like to play with other staff hair right where they are preparing the knifes and forlks that the customers will be using.

Good family restaurant attached to a very nice hotel and one of the better bars in town (IMO). Consistently good service and food. However, their pork shank special, I am beyond impressed to get such wonderful pork in cattle country! If you are passing through on Highway 2, worth a stop!

The restaurant left much to the imagination. Though we were taken care of very quickly and politely by the hostesses, presumably over a drink order and the young lady not being old enough to handle alcohol (which was absolutely fine and no trouble on our end at all), the waiter seemed a bit out of touch, especially with communication with the cooks over availability of the menu items, and then bringing the entree before the salad he was polite and apologetic, however.

The prime rib was disappointing; overly crusted and seasoned. However the sides were pretty darn good and the au jus was simply the best I’ve ever had!

The server was friendly but the chicken fried steak was SO bad neither of us could eat it. We just paid and left it. It was watery and chewy. Absolutely the worst meal we have ever had. The fried onion rings and pickle fries were not better. Do NOT recommend.

All of the staff are children, customer service is awful, and the food has zero flavor. Convenience led to us eating there 2 times, and both both times were equally terrible.

I love this place! Great, personalized service, whether you're in the lounge or restaurant. Consistent food quality and service every time.

Great experience! Staff was friendly and their food at the restaurant was amazing! We ate there for all of our meals and really enjoyed their tea and gooey Carmel Cinnamon Rolls one night! I really want to know who the tea company is because the lemon rose is amazing!
