Had an issue with my 2017 Chevy Colorado, they squeezed me and got issue taken care of in no time, knowing that I was crossing the high line to North Dakota on a deadline they we're able to squeeze me in between the other orders they had, which is not often people do, not only did they fix my vehicle on short notice they also gained a customer due to the fact that I pass by there quite a few times a year heading home to the west side of Montana.

Dan Danielson was a pleasure to work with. He was polite, courteous, professional but personable. He wasn't pushy which made me want to give him my business. Pushy salesmen turn me off and pushes me right out the door so I really appreciated that in him and for that he will get my business in the future. Tilleman's has a definite asset in Dan.

I'll be honest, I was reluctant to visit these guys as I've been with the same dealership for many years and trucks. But I spoke with the customer service manager who put my mind at ease. She told me they would try to find an option for me and that Ryan was pretty good. She was very pleasant to talk with. I scheduled an appointment with Ryan at 5, and he was well prepared with what I was looking for and had several that could possibly work. (I was a bit picky with what I wanted). We couldn't find exaxtly what I wanted and time was limited for the day. I got a call the next day, that they had good news. Turns out, he was still working on trying to find what I wanted and found it. We did the paperwork and I have myself a very nice truck. Thanks Ryan and the Finance guy (who was really nice but I forgot his name). Not only did you find me a truck, but, with terms I was happy with.

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I thought Toyota was good on my last car but this was notably better. I bought the car over the phone from out of state. Dan Danielson was my sales person. He took extensive time with me to make sure I was getting what I wanted. He took pictures of all the blemishes and carefully described the car's condition. The price negotiation was very fair and non stressful. No games. When I arrive to pick the car up, it was just as expected. In my experience, this level of honesty and attention is very hard to find. Everyone at the dealership was very warm and welcoming. I give my highest recommendation to Dan, Craig Tilleman, and everyone at the dealership. This is a class act that is not likely to found elsewhere.

My son was traveling cross county when his car developed a misfire. He limped his car 100 miles to get to Tilleman. He did not have an appointment and the service department got him in right away. They ran diagnostics on the car and determined the part that he needed. Tilleman service department did not have the part that he needed but they were able to locate the part, replace it, and get him on his way. As a father located 1000 miles away from Havre I was so thankful for the team at Tilleman for helping my son and getting him on to his destination.

Made an appointment, got me right in. Waited for service to be done. Free wifi while I waited (and coffee and popcorn). Service took about the right amount of time. They did a thorough check of my truck. Found one warranty issue, which will be taken care of before the warranty runs out. Overall, a great experience.

This is a very nice place to get the truck serviced. I appreciated that they set up an appointment and was able to keep it. They have WiFi available while I was waiting.

Friendly staff. Clean establishment. More of a selection of pre-owned vehicles would be beneficial. I understand that generally speaking, actual dealerships are a bit more pricey for parts or service, however im comparison, I think this one is even a little higher than most I've visited.

Tamara worked very hard to find us the vehicle we were looking for in our budget even though they didnt have one on the lot. My family and I where traveling through Montana when we broke down and was stranded. After speaking with with the crew at Tillman Motor Company they exceeded every expectation I had getting me into a new vehicle.
