Incredible, what don't they have? Also everyone working there was sooo nice. Large parking lot, truck diesel pumps, so many food and snack options, Subway on site and the convenience store has pizza, hot dogs, a deli and a lot more.

The town pump in Bonner, MT is the largest town pump in Montana. By largest I mean. "It has the most gas pumps of all of them. The store is huge, and they always have a very big deli to choose from. It used to have an Arby's inside but that's not there anymore.

Easily the worst town pump around.guys at the fuel desk have no idea how to do their job and the cooks are always late so there is never any food in the mornings

While the cashier who got us a shower was quick to serve, 2 of the other cashier staff were rude, unhelpful, and ignoring customers. Doesn't make you wanna come back.

Had a driver go through this particular location to fuel up. Most travel centers know these big RV delivery drivers are on a TIGHT schedule to drop.we've got locations to get to, vehicles to unload and clients waiting. Town Pump's "problem with technology" is NOT a drivers problem.yet today they turned it into one. Driver fueled up using the PREPAY pump. And everyone knows a credit card (personal or corporate does not matter) will not authorize a fuel fill unless there is availability on that card. Driver's pump authorized and driver fueled up, and went inside the store for a paper receipt. The guy behind the counter refused to give the receipt! He said the credit card did not charge (although it did) and brought someone else over to look at the transaction. That woman said she wouldn't give a receipt and wanted the driver to give her the card to charge it again! The driver was able to see on his phone app that the charge clearly went through, it showed the transaction and the decrease in his available credit balance. It was indisputable, yet Town Pump employees continued to tell him he "didn't pay" and then went as far as to tell the driver they were calling the police, and he was not to leave! The driver explained that he could NOT stay while they figured out what was wrong on their end, his card was charged, the hold was there and he could see his balance had decreased by the correct amount. He simply needed a printed receipt and these people not only flat out refused, but they accused him of stealing the fuel and wanted him to wait around for an officer to show up. Their reasoning? They claimed it was a "technology problem" on their end and they "can't help that, it's not them it's the technology! Thankfully the driver refused to give them his card to be charged again.and he didn't stay longer than he'd already been there dealing with these incompetent people. There needs to be better effort in customer service and more training for staff.they have no sense of urgency when it comes to delivery drivers and their deadlines. This should have never been handled this way- certainly not threatening a Rewards member with calling the police when that member has proof payment WAS made! Will avoid sending drivers this location in the future.

Rude Staff. One cornered my teenage autistic son and started yelling at him about him not having a mask on. He said he could not because he has a breathing issue (which he does). The employee then scared him and threatened to call the police on him for not wearing a mask. When he got around the lady he ran back to my wife. The employee demanded my son leave the store now. We said we would leave after we paid for our subway order which we were doing. The lady threatened to call police if we all did not leave. I told them to go ahead we paid for Subway and then my family (who were all wearing masks minus my son) went out to the car. I stayed in and asked to speak to the manager, who claimed it was corporate policy. She defended her employee's actions. Town Pump did not return my call but every other Town Pump I have been to has been great. I recommend skipping this location and hitting the Loves on the other side of Missoula.

Maintenance guy Bob goes above and beyond. I was so grateful that he was who I ran into when I was struggling to put air in my tires. He took a break from what he was doing to insure the air pump was working properly, filled all of my tires and used a gage to check them. I was concerned about my trip to Helena to get my daughter, my tires have been deflating and I didn't have a gage to check them. He took a lot of stress off my trip. Thank you so much for your kindness. Town pump in Bonner has employees that genuinely care about the customers. Thank you!

Denied my service animal a bath. Wouldn't let me wash my dog like every pilot in this country. Violating federal law by denying my service animal access to things I need him to have access too like a shower. I will never come here again. After I even caught a mistake by one of the cashiers and gave her the extra money that she almost accidentally gave me. Negative 1 star

First time stopping so took 30min break. So went in to place to grab a snack and get back on road. The hot food looked old but stood there for 10mins between the breaks of saleing beer to kids waiting and the Vacationers. But didnt have time to help me.

Homophobic. Refused service to my girlfriend and myself. I had already purchased beer on my own and went back to buy a few more items with my girlfriend. The associate, Sophie or Sophia, asked us for our IDs, which is fine (though I wasn't carded when I was on my own - we are both 2 to 3 years shy of 40), but would not accept my girlfriend's NZ passport. Sophia later said Town Pump does not accept passports from other countries when I called to ask why she wouldn't serve us, but we were able to purchase wine and cigarettes using my gf's passport at a different Town Pump just after that, and had successfully done so for 3 months before this incident. Whether or not this is a Town Pump policy, the sudden application of careful carding and by the book rules felt pointed, especially since I wasn't carded when I was by myself, a man our age or younger wasn't carded for his tobacco purchase by this same associate, and the associate's demeanor toward us was very cold. She was looking us up and down from the moment we got in line. We will go to a different Town Pump or different employee next time. This was a bad ending to an otherwise great trip.

Truck Drivers consist of the majority of your business. And when a Driver who is medically exempt from wearing a mask, they are forced to leave your business. You expect us to give people we don't know money or our debit cards and have them purchase our stuff. No way! This place is a joke now.

Went in without a mask by accident. Got kicked out by some fat guy with a ponytail. No problem. I’ll fuel down the road. Four other men roaming the store without a mask and not a word was said to them.

Overall helpful, friendly staff. Most of the staff are not wearing masks and they require me to remove mine to buy cigarettes. I'm 45.

I find it amusing that you are forced, and I say forced to wear a mask when you enter the premises for health and safety reasons. However the shower stalls in this place have hair all over them, completely unsanitary. Obviously the person who cleans the showers does a half hazard job, and when I went to the front counter to tell the guy about it, he looked at me like he didn’t even care, no sorry, nothing. I won’t stop here again.
