Rented a car while my truck was being serviced. I will just summarize, they didn’t complete the work I asked for and we’re only concerned with up selling me. They have their own glass repair and replacement company and I had the misfortune of having to replace the windshield in the rental. They”sub” the rental replacements to another company. Was $350 more than the highest estimate I could find. Buyer beware at this dealership. I didn’t even get the discount on the rental that THEY told me I would.

We have rented with Toyota of Bozeman on each of our four visits to MT over the last couple of years, and will continue going back. They are top-notch in making it easy and convenient. The SUVs/trucks have been brand new - the Tacoma had 6 miles on it. This past week we returned to MT to visit family and drive up to Glacier - again impeccable service. Thank you!

The buying experience was fine don't get me wrong. But people, read every line item and word on every document. Seriously. When I bought my car (2019 subaru ascent touring model) I bought the limited warranty. I then purchase the warranty on glass and my husband and I were told that the panoramic sunroof was covered under it. Well, long story short, they lied. It is not covered and I have to pay out of pocket to get it replaced (thousands of dollars to replace by the way). READ YOUR DOCUMENTS AND DO NOT TRUST THEM TO TELL YOU THE TRUTH!

Made a reservation two weeks in advance to get the tires rotated. It took them 3 hours to come pick me up and they didn't even rotate the tires.

Such an nice easy experience. My wife in I were in the market for a vehicle and after looking at prices decided new was the way to go. After speaking with Sam K (who came highly recommended) we were able to find the exact vehicle we wanted and were able to get our order placed. It took some time for the process to complete but we were kept in the know without being overwhelmed with updates. Sam and everyone at Toyota were so pleasant to deal with and made it a no pressure environment from start to end. I would highly recommend checking out Toyota of Bozeman for anyone in the market and if you do head that way, I'd ask for Sam.

My brother and I flew to Bozeman for a photo shoot in Yellowstone National Park and booked a Toyota Tacoma rental from Russler Toyota. We both agreed that it was the easiest car rental process we had ever experienced. Our rental contact Chris, got us out the door in no time in a new 2023 demonstrator Tacoma which served our needs perfectly. There is no doubt we will be visiting the park again and Russler Toyota will be our first call once the plane tickets are bought! Highly recommend Russler Toyota if you are looking for a truck rental.

I was travelling through Montana with my family over the weekend and I had multiple engine lights come on in my 2019 Highlander. Matt Thompson, Assistant Service Manger, got my car in on a Saturday, performed a full diagnostic, took extra time to explain to me what he was doing, and test drove the vehicle to make sure no irreparable damage would occur during my journey home to Utah. Cheers to you Mr. Thompson, my family and I really appreciate the exceptional service.

Clint at Ressler Toyota of Bozeman saved our vacation! We are driving from Minnesota to Oregon, and a few miles outside of Bozeman the warning lights on our dash lit up like a Christmas tree. Clint in the service department welcomed us as if we were longtime customers, fit us in to their busy schedule, diagnosed and replaced a blown wheel bearing, and got us out the door in less than 3 hours. Clint was warm and friendly, professional, informative, and communicative. Best repair service I've ever experienced. Thanks Clint and Ressler! On the road again!

My experience with this dealership and their sales department has been awful. Their only redemption for getting two stars is because their service department has been so amazing! I think Wes is the one who has always been amazing and super helpful in taking care of things for me.

Traded in my Tundra for a used Tacoma and was less than thrilled about the experience. The salesmen had no idea about any of the aftermarket parts added to truck. I also asked to see the MPI on the truck and he never gave it to me. He flat out told me that they don’t negotiate on any prices for their vehicles and that talking to a manager wouldn’t help. I also got swindled with an extended warranty that was only supposed to cost me an extra $10 a month but increased my loan by $4,000. Had it been properly explained to me I would have never bought it!

There were also issues with the plate light, the key fob battery was also dying, missing weatherstripping on the roof that was causing water to come in and an open recall that was over a year old on this model as well. All of this I discovered after driving a few miles home. I will give them credit after talking to a manager, they took care of fixing the issues. But still if you’re inspecting vehicles these seem like easy fixes for a dealer.

I tried to talk to a manager about my displeasure with the sales team but he didn’t seem to care. It took a minute or two for him to look up from texting to even notice me. I had to go in to cancel my gap insurance and the guy I spoke to tried to sell me more coverage even though I was there to cancel the original policy that I didn’t want. Overall not super impressed with how they handle things there and will make the drive to Idaho for my next Toyota.

BEST place to rent a vehicle from with NO HASSLES! A very professional gentleman named Wyatt helped us. We highly recommend this place and will always return here for when we visit family in Montana. No major CC needed. We paid with our Visa Debit card and all we needed to provide was our valid US Drivers license and proof of full coverage insurance on our personal vehicle. We rented a beautiful Toyota Venza, with no prior reservation, for 9 days for less than $520! No joke. Toyota saved us hundreds of dollars and gave us a nicer vehicle than the other place that left us stranded without a car.
Thank you Toyota of Bozeman for saving us from an awful situation! You all should be wearing superhero capes, in my opinion!

I blew a transmission in my Toyota Sienna while traveling through Montana for work.towed it here after midnight, hoping something would work out- and Jeremy in the Service Department took good care of me. He understood my situation, and kept me in the loop as he ordered parts snd scheduled the repair. I hope to get many more miles out of it- but anytime I'm passing through Bozeman again, I'll remember an ultimately positive experience there.

Came in expecting to replace a windshield wiper motor. Ross Spencer assessed the situation, grabbed a wrench and fixed it. All in the span of 5 minutes. I was very happy with his problem solving. Well done Ross.

Normally avoid dealerships for routine service, but I’ll be using Toyota for both our Toyotas.

Visiting Bozeman warning lights went on in my Sequoia. I took the truck to Ressler late on a Friday afternoon, and Ross Spencer, service professional, jumped on the problem. He diagnosed the issue and ordered parts in a short time and sent me on my way. I have never worked with a friendlier, more knowledgeable, or more responsive service professional in my long life. Yay Toyota!

WOW, I'm just so GRATEFUL that I had to take the time to write this review. I have a 2019 4runner TRD Pro that had a recall on the front struts. Well as luck would have it, the replacement ones gave out too. The problem was that the replacement ones were out of warranty and so was the vehicle. Obviously, not the reliability you come to expect from a Toyota but the dealer and my service professional, Ross Spencer heard my cry and offered to step up and help me find a solution. They reached out to their parts supplier and went to bat for me and were able to get me a Goodwill Claim, something I wasn't even familiar with but in the end it did the trick and saved me over $2,800! Thank you Ross for letting me vent on you, staying cool as a cucumber and for going the extra mile to see this repair through. You have done the Toyota badge proud and I thank you and Toyota of Bozeman from the bottom of my heart!

We purchased a certified Toyota Highlander from Ressler Motors in January of 2022. The car was purchased with the 12 month certified warranty and we also purchased an extended warranty. When the weather turned sub-zero in Bozeman late last year our digital clock on the dashboard started malfunctioning.

I contacted Ressler about the digital clock problem on January 4th, 3023 which was six days before our 12 month certified warranty ran out. They told me they couldn't get the car in to check it out until January 12th, two days after the initial warranty ran out. I took the car in on January 12th and Ressler determined the clock is indeed malfunctioning. The service department submitted warranty paperwork on January 12th.

For the past SIX WEEKS I have been trying to get any answer from the dealership about the issue and cannot even get the service manager to return phone calls after repeatedly trying to reach her. I am beginning to wonder if the 12 month Toyota certified warranty and the $3,000 extended warranty we purchased is even worth the paper it was written on!

Post note: I was contacted by the Ressler service manager and she indicated Ressler has ordered the part and is going to make it right.

The service representative was brand new but that wasnt the problem the mechanic left greasy mud spots all over the interior. I brought my car in and had to clean components after picking it up. Left a huge oil/mud thumb print on my drivers side door, the turn signal wand was covered in grease/mud like the guy cant his wash hands. I get it he is a mechanic no shade on hardworkers but dont cover my entire steering wheel with grime. 405 cleaner wont get out these stains. I used to like Ressler but cant reccommed them anymore. I shouldnt have to clean my car from the mechanic when all he was supposed to do was change THE OIL!
