Cute spot in a small town.

We decided to stop here because the options in Butte seemed more expensive, and the overall rating and number of ratings made it compelling to give it a try.
We probably showed up at a slower time (only another group of 4), service was good (unlike other reviews had pointed out)

Upon receiving the menu, we were shocked that prices were $6 more than listed on their site (almost butte pricing).
The mushrooms and onions on top of the steak and the steak were heavily, heavily (heavily) salted. But otherwise ok.

Upon receiving the bill, another $2 was added to the steak, for the mushrooms and onions, even though the menu describes the steak as served with mushrooms on top, so I guess it's $2 for some onions.

Not as great value for money as we'd hoped.

Food was really good just like everyone else has said. Not many options, but chicken strips were homemade and delicious. They have quite a few dipping sauses to choose from. Onion rings were so good did not even need sause. Same with sweet potato fries. Selling point despite not having any breakfast food is the ceaser drinks. They were not super fancy but the taste was delicious. Definitely hit the spot. It seemed like most of the restaurant agreed as locals and tourists alike all were ordering ceasers. Price was very reasonable for drinks and pretty average for food quantity.

This place does not look impressive when you walk in at all. It looks like a 2 Bit Saloon. Then the food and drinks came and it was off the charts OUTSTANDING! Perfectly cooked steaks and burgers with delicious flavor and yummy cocktails too. Hands down the best restaurant experience we've had in a couple years at least. Highly, highly recommend for awesome food and drinks. Totally makes up for the ambience 1000% If you want fancy this is not your place. If you want fantastic food that is reasonably priced you should go here. LOVED IT. Wish I could go back right now, but we stopped in on a road trip. We will be going here literally anytime we roll through Montana.

Not what I expected from appearance on the outside but a great experience on the inside.
Very good Ribeye steak, perfectly cooked.
Don't miss trying the Cajun salad dressing. Excellent cocktail.
Definitely going to come back.

We used to love to go here but in the last couple of years it has started to go downhill. Hopefully it will get it together and hire more servers and cooks.

Good service, not great food. Got the Panini and pork chop sandwich. Their frying oil must have been due to be changed, everything fried tasked over cooked/burnt. The mozzarella sticks were very good with their ranch. Appetizers took a while but everything else was timely. Good place to try out.

Nothing like a good local small town restaurant to recharge before shutting it down for the night. A part of me is continually going to regret NOT getting steak that night, aren’t I?

Typical rustic small town local bar and restaurant. Steaks are good. Fried bar food. Dive bar.

Good burgers, excellent service, the Cajun Bleu cheese was a unique pleasant surprise! Would visit again!

Food is good depending on who the cook is (Kenton is the *chefs kiss*), but service is terrible.have never seen a business ran with such horrible customer service.

Not the greatest place in the world.went there one evening and the food was pretty good and the wait was relatively short, and then we went the next evening and we waited wayyy longer for food, and then it wasn't even worth eating

I would not recommend this place to anyone. After an hour, didn't even have the appetizer. Had to go up to the bar to order a drink twice. Staff were busy but totally ignored us while waiting on what appeared to be locals on a regular basis. We finally walked out without our food. VERY poor service and poor management.

Easy, fun staff. Great steak, and we are steak snobs. Good green salad. Warm, cozy, & comfortable. A little loud, but that's just the sound of folks having a great time. Sat at the bar, perfect for two, really large tables for larger groups available. Affordable.

The service was great! The portions were generous (that includes the wine)! The fried veggie appetizers were very good.

Place apparently closes early. I swung by after receiving no answer to my phone call just before 10: 30 on a Saturday night to find the place closed up.

The food was wonderful as always. Thinking they needed to have an extra waitress for that lunch hour though, as we were a long time being served. But she was just as nice and sweet as possible and very attentive once she saw that we were there. This place is great!
