Two Brothers Lawn and Snow, LLC., Hamilton MT

I felt I was price gouged by Two Brothers on the quote (and was billed extra – “Additional Lawn Care Technician Labor”) to service my lawn due to my disability and my options. I also requested service (on 8/14) which there was no response. I felt I was abandoned and I was on my own to do it myself, which I painfully did. On September 11th, their lawn care crew showed up unannounced and serviced my “already serviced” yard and charged me the full amount. I painfully took care of some specific areas before winter comes. I will not be using Two Brothers anymore unless they make things right.
I always pay my bills, but am very disappointed.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. I can't believe how expensive they are. And no communication about what they are charging you until after. You can't even get a response before you have to pay their invoice. You must pay it by the next day or there is interest. I am literally sick to my stomach

I had Ryan come out for landscape services for the home I recently purchased. Lawn is in desperate need of help. Requested weed control, fertilizer treatments, tree trimming, and patio installation. Was told it would be about 2 weeks and I would receive a bid. Called in 2 weeks and was told it wasn't ready yet, but that I was slated into his schedule for him to get the quote out that week. I never heard or received anything from them. Although Ryan presents as extremely professional on site, not responding to quotes on a timely manner (or at all for that matter) is a very poor representation of this company. Now, my lawn is still in poor shape, trees still need trimmed, and I have no patio. So, now I'll start from scratch and find a different lawn service to hopefully take care of what should have already been taken care of.

I consulted with two brothers in early May of 2023 and was told they would give me a quote in two weeks. I didn’t hear from them so I called after three weeks, was told I would hear from someone…nothing. I called again in two more weeks, “oh waiting for a quote” they’ll be in touch…nothing. I call again in 3 weeks, same thing and nothing. Now it’s mid August and I still have heard nothing. My whole summer and year is basically gone for getting anything done. I think they just aren’t interested in this job, they could have told me. I understand you can be busy, but flat out ignoring people isn’t a good practice. I give up.

Ryan and his team did an amazing job! They completed a patio/fire pit project and we could not be happier with the outcome! Highly skilled workers!

Bryan was great to work with and very communicative during each step.

We will definitely use Bryan and his team again for future hardscape projects!
