15My daughter and I were in the store looking for texture spray. The cans in front had no lids on them so we assumed those were the testers. One of the employees left her gossip circle with the other employees to rush over and tell us we aren't allowed to test the product. (No sign around stating no testing) she didn't offer assistance just chewed on us for awhile. We continued shopping the employees just stand in circles and whisper and sneer at you. Not a pleasant shopping experience I will buy my products elsewhere.
I went in and asked for a specific product. I was told by the girl that she's been there several years they've never carried it. I told her I bought it there just a few months ago. I found it online and showed her the photo.then she was able to show me where it was. A big pet peeve of mine is an employee not knowing their products and telling me they "don't carry that" when they actually do.
I was in the Kalispell store a few weeks ago, needing some help with make-up. Debbie Hult helped me and was very knowledgeable, engaging, and delightful to work with - Great Job, Debbie!
I have been shopping here for years and I went to exchange a concealer I bought online that was the wrong shade. Went to exchange In store and the worker said since I used coupons I have to pay the difference. I just want the same thing different shade. I've never experienced that and lack of help left me upset and I will go somewhere else and buy the product for full price! I hope these employees learn the difference between exchange and return.
I was just in this store and was helped by a wonderful woman, Natalie McMillan. She knew everything about everything and helped me find everything I needed. I will make sure I am helped by Natalie again.

Clean well stocked store. My only complaint is staff is not outgoing to help out. Felt like an episode of Mean girls. Stuck up and entitled.
Always my go-to beauty supply place as apparently I am a platinum member (I say apparently because I had to ask what level I was). In all other aspects, they are trained very well otherwise but, in my opinion, need to acknowledge and thank the customers for their status.
I have discovered that when I purchase Clinique products though about 1/3 of them are expired prior to my purchase. There is an app to check the expiration on them, and I have made it a habit to check prior to purchasing the product.
The store doesn't present well, very unorganized, picked over product, but all and all would shop here again. Most of the staff was incredibly nice and helpful. However, the - what I assume is the manager with pink hair is completely unprofessional, she is rude to the other staff and seems to have little idea of what a smile and kindness can do.
Súper disappointed with my visit to this store. I was looking forward to check it out for all the buzz that has online. Travelled all the way there with my list of things that I wanted to get from Ulta and what was my surprise that the associate told me that she didn’t know about the brand and where I could get them. Despite the fact that I checked out online first. I left the store with nothing. Overall, seems like a good company and idea for the store but their staff is not very helpful.
My sisters and I had a great experience with Natalie from Clinique counter. She was very helpful, and answered all of our questions.
They had my shade of foundation available (woman of color). No one even approached me. Everyone else was assisted. The worst experience ever!
Will NEVER shop here considering they are using men to promote their products. As a biological female, using men to promote women’s products, is going to be the destruction of your business.
Only positive things to say about Madison at the clinique counter and Debbie working in lancome. They were so helpful working with my MIL on seasonal skin issues. They were patient and lively. We left with a few great products they recommended!
The shelves are often picked over and under stocked, and tonight was no different. The testers were available for products that were not. Floor associates are rude and do not offer help. The girl behind the counter that checked us out was very sweet, but I watched her coworker behind the counter blow her nose and then cash a customer out without washing her hands.
