We were in the area for a few months and the delivery person insisted on leaving packages in the locker and not to the front door even if there’s a leave by front door message. They even sent packages back knowing where we were. Fed ex and ups do not have a package delivery issue. I avoid any company that uses usps, a perfect example of a gov ran entity.

Imagine people being so entitled that they think the post office knows when they magically come back into town as the most recent review states. There have been a lot of new faces there but they try the best they can. These guys are so short handed and always greet you with a smile from the experience I’ve personally had. We all need to show some patience and grace. We need to understand these guys are showing up every day to provide us with a service and if we treat them as I’ve witnessed, we’ll lose them. As is almost everywhere we go. If you want a good customer service experience, it starts with you. Be a good customer.

I spend almost half the year in Bigfork, and just before we go there, we start having our packages send there. However, every time some of the packages get returned to sender because the post office decided our house is vacant. Why would I have packages sent to a vacant address? And when I called the post office, the woman on the phone was smart with me and rudely asked if I “had told my carrier I was back. ” Why? Why can’t I just have mail delivered to the address I ask to be delivered to? And who are they to decide my address is vacant? I have people coming to my house throughout the year and I’m having renovations, etc. There’s no common sense.

Kind and informative staff, they've always been helpful whenever I've had questions. Most of the negative reviews are from Karen's and Chad's that walk in with nasty entitled attitudes.
