4This place is horrible. They will break your mailbox, crush your packages and for spite they will return your paychecks to your employer because they declared your address vacant. It is about time we replace the post office something else. Anything would be better
Staff is not friendly. There is no answer to the phones, at any time of the day during business hours. The post master barely responds to emails sent by customers. They do not work with you on any problems, if you are able to reach them. The only way I was able to contact someone was to go through corporate and have the notes from my account transferred over to this post office. Honestly the worst facility I have ever experienced, if I could rate 0 stars I would.
Every time I go in this place I am very disappointed! The UPS hands my packages off to the USPS and this is where they end up. Even tho these ladies know the situation the younger one (not Sandy) is VERY rude when I go to retrieve my package. She even threatened to not hold my packages - which is what she usually does- send them back. THIS IS HER JOB! Don’t work there if you can’t do your job! She is the rudest person I have ever dealt with! She needs to be done there!
Check the hours before you stop, but all around the nicest friendliest staff. Love that they take such good care of us, and the small town post office. Lucky to have them
