7Would be nice if someone actually answered the phone at the United Parcel Service in Wolf Point, Mt!
The folks went out of their way to get my packages shipped because I misunderstood the directions beforehand.
I had Amazon ship a package to my brother in Bainville. It has been on the truck.out for delivery from Wolf Point since August 5. I have tried and tried to find out what has happened to the package, but contact is impossible. I absolutely never complain about any business because I think people are generally doing their best, but I am very frustrated with this. Amazon is run by machines and apparently the UPS in Wolf Point is run by ghosts. Thankfully we have good UPS guys here.
Every package this week has arrived OPEN! Today's boxes were clearly cut open with a knife! No way to contact the local UPS. One box had all the contents removed and they delivered an empty, open box. Others in our neighborhood are having the same problems. Clearly this is a LOCAL ISSUE and we need to talk to someone in Wolf Point not the idiots at the 800 number!
Seems like you can’t get a hold of them because they ship you a package that’s is the wrong address. I’ll try to keep calling them but hate that I have a package that is not mine.
Sad they never knock. Just leave packages anywhere. We got em stolen. Our house broken into becuz of a ups driver leaving visable packages
We just had a young man deliver a package to 220 Hill ST Wolf Point MT on 04-10-15. He gave my wife the package and wanted to make sure that I knew that it had some weight to it. My wife was very impressed with the customer service, and that this young man was concerned enough to make her aware of it. A big thank you is well deserved.
