U.S. Bank Branch, Bozeman MT

Worst bank branch ever. Came in an hour ago to take fifty bucks out of my account on my thirty minute lunch break. Still waiting as the employees sit around and chat with each other

I went to get something out of my safe deposit box. I was turned away because I went on a Thursday. Apparently they only let you in on certain days. They blamed it on construction. Pretty pathetic. I can’t even get my money out of a bank! I will see how long it takes to transfer everything to another bank that knows how to treat customers.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience! The staff members were incredibly helpful and genuinely kind. I wholeheartedly recommend it without any reservations.

I had suspicious activity on my account. I tried repeatedly to contact both branches in Bozeman and it is impossible to speak to a banking representative. I contacted their main office and got no where. Horrible customer service! The last time I was in the Bank to make a deposit, they tried to talk me into switching accounts from my current investment firm to them. That is laughable!
