US Post Office reviews
10For the space they have, the number of residents using their services, and the holidays.they do a fantastic job and with friendly attitudes!
Mr. Anderson, we will miss you! I'm sure a full-days work in ANY service-related job will change your perception.
I just called the Big Sky post office. I gave my name and asked that packages be held until I return after 12/26. My call was answered! The employee confirmed she would hold packages for me, and has done so in the past. Do you know how amazing that is? I have tried to contact other post offices over the years, and rarely does anyone answer. I wanted to write this positive review, especially after reading so many negative reviews. Oh my! Why can't people be thankful to have a post office in town? And appreciate that they DO HOLD YOUR MAIL! In Breckenridge, CO, anything delivered USPS was immediately returned to sender. No calling in.they WOULD NOT hold your items. Big Sky's post office employees are providing a service, and have a tiny staff. Holding mail for us is a lot to ask - and they do it! Wishing the little post office that could a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! Thank you for your service to the community!
The lady who answered the phone, helped me find a missing package very patiently. This was the only post office I called out of that a human answered and was very helpful. No one answered at Billings or Bozeman post office. Thank you for your help.
They do not care about the customer and handle packaging like they’re tossing around brick cylinders. They have no respect for anyone and often hand out the wrong packages to the wrong people. Horrible post office.
The woman I interacted with today displayed an extremely discourteous attitude. While I empathize with the challenges of explaining policies to customers, using a condescending tone and having an attitude with customers is entirely inappropriate. The level of customer service I received was truly disappointing. I'd rather travel to Bozeman, which is an hour away, to select my package than to endure another interaction with this individual.
A very very rude lady picked up the phone. She refused to answer my question and said: I can't tell you anything, you have to come here to figure it out. I'm just wondering if they have my Amazon package or do they even carry Amazon packages.
They are less rude if you go in person and quite nice. Lol.
This is the absolute worst post office in America. For god sakes do everything humanly possible to avoid this location and the rudest, most incompetent women in the entire state of Montana. Ask anyone in Big Sky, they will tell you unequivocally, it’s the worst experience on every level.
The Staff here do a fantastic job! The demands on a small post office in this community is intense and they make it seamless
Thank you for all the hard work!
Kristina was a rock star helping me out on the phone while dealing with a full store of customers. Very professional and extremely helpful!
