I got some thing all over my car from some road construction. It was everywhere. These guys not only got it off and polished up my car, it didn't cost anywhere near what I thought it would. They are thorough and professional. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Dropped of my suv to get an interior detail. I have used Vapor before so I wasn’t surprised at the price, I also don’t really mind that you guys stole all the change out of the center console instead of putting it in a bag with my personal belongings like you guys usually do. What really bothers me is that a bottle of expensive cologne was stolen out of my car. I wish I would have noticed when I picked up my car to confront whoever cleaned it in person. Oh well, hope it was worth the bad review. Make sure you take anything of any kind of value out of your car if you still decide to use Vapor Detailing, someone there has sticky fingers.

LONG STANDING CUSTOMER.made us wait over a month to clean our boat then told us they "couldn't get it into the building" after we delivered the boat on the trailer to their shop.

Apparently "THE OWNER" refused to make accomodation to even clean it outside. WHAT a crock. We'll take our business eleswhere.

On a sunny day after asking us to deliver our boat to their shop.the "owner" claims they can't even wash it outside because they are too lazy to bring it inside. Sorry if that doesn't make sense because their explanation doesn't even make sense!

Now after waiting OVER A MONTH and re-scheduling out boat detail because "people are sick" we have to go pick up our still dirty boat.

You can tell when somebody is lazy and just doesn't want to work because they find a million excuses why it's impossible. This is a case of that.

This is not the first case of "it's too difficult for us" with these people either.they pulled the same stunt with our motorhome.

THANKS FOR NOTHING and for WASTING OUR TIME. TWICE.

I dropped off a vehicle that was in very rough shape - the kind of shape you feel a bit embarrassed about when you drop it off. Vapor not only exceeded my expectations, they were professional and kind regarding the condition.

We’re very happy with the job Vapor Detail did! Stains on the upholstery are gone and the same with bugs on the front bumper and grill. Our backseat floor mats were not in the trunk, but we’ll stop by Monday to get them. Thank you!

Our lab puppy vomited in our car and it smelled liked death we tried cleaning it and nothing took the odor out. It was disgusting. We took it to Vapor Detail and they did an amazing job. You’d never guess that 2 labs ride in the car as there is no evidence of hair (lol), the smell of death is gone (hallelujah -thought we were going to have to abandon the car) and the best part the inside looks amazing. I highly recommend these guys. Amazing job!

Disappointed in in ability to clean the stain on the back deck mat. I have not done it yet, but I feel certain I can get that stain out myself. Also, there is an area under the deck of a Prius in the back. That was not done so I had to clean that myself. Little pads inside the grip areas for the doors were missing. Was glad I noticed it so they could check their vacuum cleaners and find them. Engine bay looks pretty good but the area where you add oil still looks kind of gross. I was hoping that would be cleaner.

Other than that, the staff was friendly, and with a little searching, they did find the two missing pads in the door grip areas. They totally accommodated my fluctuating decisions on what services I needed to have done. I really appreciated that.
