The manager is absolutely phenomenal. Amber went above and beyond to help is when my phone broke. She helped us through the whole processes and helped us get exactly what we were after. I would highly recommend coming in especially in an emergency.

One of the worst buying experiences of my life. Walked in to buy a new I-Phone and 90 minutes later was ready to walk out, cancel my 20 years of Verizon. I was promised my phone was activated. When I arrived home the phone wasn't activated. Now started the journey to Verizon Customer Care the equivalent of Dante's Inferno.
Verizon Customer Care goes to 7: 00 p.m if your problem is resolved you unceremoniously are disconnected. So it goes.
At the Verizon store the staff is all very nice. There were quite a few glitches which are never anyone's fault or responsibility. Just a world of delays and malfunctions that you get to pay for.
They don't take checks, they charge you for using cash so have your credit card ready. I end up a story line for Kafka.
Will I tell people about my experience - Yes
Will I tell people not to use the Verizon Store - Yes
Will I ever go there again - absolutely not.
