Though I did have to wait for my turn due to lack of staffing (show me a place that ISN'T struggling with staffing right now), David provided excellent customer service and I was very happy with my experience in upgrading my phone. Also I learned that even if you are the most meticulous caregiver to your electronics, upgrade your phone regularly! I waited too long and my battery nearly exploded but the issue was hidden behind a thick protective case, be careful!

I had a lot of trouble getting the service set up but Kody got everything working. If I need help I will definitely go back to him!

David was great! He helped with setting up my refurbished phone and also showed me some phone options. Outstanding customer service!

I was so irritated when I walked in. The Verizon call center messed up my phone and couldn’t fix the situation. I walked in the store and let my frustration be known. The district and store managers were both understanding and incredibly helpful and personable the whole time. My phone was fixed in the end and I am never dealing with the call center again.

Although it took multiple visits to successfully resolve the issue my phone was having, the staff were patient and helpful. I understand there are certain hoops to jump through when a warrantee claim is needed, and they helped every step of the way. Thank you.

Need more staff/service reps. Left w/o service because of wait time. If I have enough time, I like working with the service representatives as they are cordial and knowledgeable!
