My injury was discovered while on vacation in Wisconsin. I chose a Walgreens pharmacy and am so thankful for that. They were able to keep my prescriptions in order while I traveled home to Montana, they kept them in order here. I've had surgeries in other cities and as long as I use a Walgreens, I have no interuptions which is very important. Staff has always been friendly and helpful whether I use the drive up or roll my wheelchair inside. No complaints
I loved Walgreens when I lived elsewhere, but this Walgreens is so ridiculously slow! It's terrible when you need your prescriptions and have to wait 45 minutes. And there should be no issues stocking meds that are filled monthly, and if restocking is needed it should be quicker! I don't know how they function this way.
I dropped off a package here for FedEx Express shipping. However, the package was never scanning into the FedEx system. No tracking info provided. It said the package was at Walgreens for over 5 days. Called Walgreens and package isn't there. Call FedEx, they know nothing about it. I call Walgreens again, and am informed that one of the FedEx drivers supposedly doesn't scan packages into the system as he just goes into the storage lockers and takes the packages without the associates knowledge. Unsure how true this is, but either way, the package was essentially stolen. Due to this, I could be charged over $500 for not having my package delivered and no one can do anything about it. My advise? DO NOT DROP FEDEX PACKAGES OFF AT THIS LOCATION!
Worst pharmacy in town. The doctor called in a prescription for my son last week on Friday. I'm trying to pick the prescription on the following Monday and am told that it's not filled yet. I'm convinced that they don't ever fill the prescriptions until you show up, which not only causes the extremely long wait times, but also makes it completely useless for the doctor to call it in.
I can't even give this pharmacy a full star. They use to be great, friendly, quick and convenient. The past year has been a complete nightmare with my families prescriptions. I'd have my daughter's sent in monthly and EVERYTIME they would ask me if she'd ever gotten anything filled there before. They kept creating multiple profiles for her and losing her information. I'd go to get a rx and they wouldn't EVER have it ready. I once called in a medication refill, waited 2 days to pick it up. I went to pick it up and it wasn't ready because they said my insurance wasn't correct, when it was. I went back two days later and it STILL WASN'T READY FOR PICKUP! When I asked why I got the response "I don't know. " No apology or reason! I wouldn't recommend this pharmacy to anyone especially for people who are on life saving medications! You'll drive over there to find out you need to go back, but when you return they still won't have it together. Don't waste your time.
Overall, my experience has been great. The store staff is always helpful and greet people when they come in. If I could rate the drive thru alone, I would give it half a star at best. I wish they would try either something new with scheduling or more clearly designate someone to the drive thru. Also, a little customer service training for the window folks wouldn't hurt.
I've been back at walgreens now for about a year. The original reason I left was they were no longer in network. I would have rated them a strong 3 back then. Then when they were again in network I immediately switched back from Walmart (absolutely atrocious) and have been very pleased since. I have yet to have a bad experience with walgreens And I love the text notifications! Simple, fast and easy.
We had a prescription issue that required the time of two staff - bith were very helpful and professional. We got a temporary solution and a plan of follow up.
I print posters and banners there frequently and always have a great experience. The staff is always very friendly and makes sure that I am satisfied with my photo project every time.
Picking up prescriptions is a pain. You should not have to wait in line to be told your Rx isn’t ready. And then have to wait in line again when it is. Especially when there’s almost a dozen people waiting. Very inconvenient. I’ll find another pharmacy next time. BTW- been with Walgreens for several years now. Disappointing to feel this way
Think I might change to somewhere else. No point phoning as always at least one person ahead of me and I normally give up after 5 to 10 minutes holding. Pharmacy lines are long too. Just really sloooooow. Might be more expensive too.
Used to be the best pharmacy in town. I recently had to switch because wait time to pick up rx's made it impossible to ever get my rx when I needed it. Drive through busy, inside busy, just too much.
Staff is terrible. Store is filthy and the people there are clearly not happy to be working there.
Used to be a great pharmacy. Have been short staffed the summer of 2018. Great staff just not enough of them. If you need prescription medication quickly go elsewhere untill they get more staff. Avg wait just in line: 20 minutes
This store needs to be shut down. I asked a guy in a grey vest, who I'm assuming was the manager for help, he says he'll go talk to someone and then he walks away and never comes back. I also found several items that were out of date when I was purchasing them. Terrible experience.
This store is terrible, customer service is awful. Pharmacy is a disaster. And the management clearly doesn't care at all about their store.
I needed to fill a prescription for my son and at first they said they had to order it and it should be in on Monday. I went there Friday and they said its on back order until next month! I went across the street to CVS and they not only had the prescription on hand, but it cost me half of the price as Walgreens and CVS had way better customer service.
