Walmart Supercenter, Great Falls MT

Place used to be GREAT with regards to their pick up service and personal shopping. But I have noticed if you need something in the hygiene or medicine area (way across the store) they will say item is OUT OF STOCK, which always turns out to be untrue. My daughter will go in and check for me. Simply bc they don't wanna walk thru the store for 1 item.
So make sure you are buying 3+items so they will be more likely to walki that far out of their way.
Also.gotta watch FL OZ. The shopper doesn't always get the correct size for the price you ordered or paying for. And it's always in the favor of Wal-Mart.

It's getting more difficult to get groceries via curbside pickup. It's never on time. Communication via website is lackluster at best. They do not have enough help.

Walmart is getting worse by the day. 1 checker and a huge line for Self Scan. I'll pay a few cents more and go to Albertsons.

Employees work there tryed their best to make people happy shopping at store but some of the employees have to learn & be patient when talk with deaf people & the store employees have to take their mask off when talking to deaf people or write it down so can talk with each other better or they can get confused & fustred with each other!

Went to Walmart yesterday in Great Falls. The new Walmart. We were there buying 20+ scrub uniforms. And also needed some polo uniforms… The lady overseeing the dressing rooms was super friendly and super helpful. Her name was joy. Ahe helped As much as possible. However when I asked her about the polos she tried pointing me in the right direction and me and my coworker walked into the men’s section. Saw one of the gentleman workers looking at some pants and I called out excuse me. He looked at me and walked away. I then said hello. He yelled at us WHAT! All I got out was can you tell me where to find… And he very rudely said didn’t she just help you. I followed up by what? ! And all he said was a-ha and Walked away. Won’t be bringing our business there anymore. Thanks Miguel!

As far as Walmarts go this one is quite nice. It is clean, has a huge selection of whatever you need be that electronics, clothes, auto, home, etc. Grocery section is very large. It's also nice that it has a gas station as well, and the curbside pickup was quick and easy. Having just moved to the area, I can confidently say my family and I will likely be heavily utilizing this store.

They say they are open at 6 a.m. But like their shelves, you no they aren't there but nothing or no one's available. I've been calling for an hour straight since 7 a.m. And not a single person answered the phone. I call B. S!

The staff is friendly, they don't hardly ever have product on the shelves and the store is fairly clean including the bathrooms.

Usually a decent experience when I visit this place. For whatever reason the gas station attended declined My salutations of good morning twice. Seems to me no matter what you're going through you gotta let it go when you're at your job. Your actions are your attitude affect people. Have a great day!

Order online for pick up and they are the worst! Had to wait 35 minutes past my pick up time to be told they had not finished picking it. Never again!

Went for back to school clothing and the girls section had so many fun and cute clothes but the boys section was pretty limited.

Food was ok but cashier didn't seem to know what he was supposed to do when I presented Hardee's coupon and didn't receive the food ordered.

Pharmacy that has Walmart name does not help customers. Went to pick up prescription and they close for lunch. I do not live in town, 60 miles away, one way. How convenient is this.not. Inconvenient more like it.

Out of stock on so many items. Checkers don't know how to bag items you buy. Produce put into bags with cleaning supplies. Pie put into bag sideways. Eggs put on top of a loaf of bread. They don't even try!

Compared to the Walmart by black eagle (north great falls) this store is much smaller, has less selection, and is more busy. Half the shelves were empty and a lot of stuff seems missing. It is cleaner than the other Walmart and newer, but not nearly as much to choose from.

This pharmacy is amazing. The staff, especially Jo, Tiffany, Alex, and Hayley, are incredibly nice and professional, and will do anything to help a customer.

I used to prefer this Walmart over our other one but the customer service here has gotten unbelievably incompetent! The yellow vested, heavy set, native guy with long hair is horrible with customer service issues. I've had a couple of issues throughout the last few months and everytime I have dealt with him, has been awful! Shop at Sam's or the other Walmart location at least their front end is competent.

Loved it. Cash my paycheck and do some shopping. If only they would stop following me around like I'm some sort of thief. Not called for and is very much profiling. They are lucky to be getting a 5 star review. Otherwise I would be putting one star just for the treatment

This store is quite the place. I'm an out of towner who shops for groceries here. There is just one grocery store worth talking about in my hometown. Walmart has the bigger containers of the product your shopping for at a cheaper price than the small packages at the small town grocery store so I stock up when coming here. I make close to $200 hauls of groceries only. As far as non food buys you'll find what you need. Clothing, electronics, pharmacy, bank, etc.
For all you people who use the disability carts they have a few that seem to always be in working condition and charged up ready to roll.
